Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Cut campaign

Uploaded a few years ago from a developer I believe. This gives us an early look into want BO4 would have looked like.
I do not own this build so don't ask for it. I only have footage of this.

This mission was longer than the MW3(2023) campaign

Nah idk if it's just story scenarios in MP maps, even if people complained about it, this would have still been far better than those weird tutorial missions

Activision higher ups saw the explosive success of Fortnite at the time and wanted to copy that so they pivoted 90% of their campaign resources and designers to work on blackout last minute leaving a small team to work on campaign until it was ultimately scrapped

Looking back to it is sad, im a die hard COD fan, speccially from black ops series, but im glad that we've got blackout. It got me and so many people hundreds hours of joy for a whole year rather than 8-10hrs for a campaign. I know, it could be great to have both, but giving the circunstances they made the good call imo.

this would have been amazing since BO4 and its lore is before BO3 it could explain the origins of the technology of that game like the origins of the events of BO3 in this campaign.

Apparently they would just reuse the multiplayer maps and put a cutscene here and there, it's not necessarily a problem after all BO2 kind of did that, but I doubt these missions would have the same quality.

iirc it would've been more dynamic because it was intended to be a 2v2 mode. One team would be attempting to complete an objective while the other would try to stop them. Wasn't just a single-player experience like it appears in this video

Very interesting how u got this footage I was attached to the prop tech on this game the campaign was pretty much finished but scrapped for blackout PS4 & ones couldn't support the memory for both why it was scrapped
