This is so cool! Thank you so much for this video. I wanted to get this faring for my Street Bob too but I was not sure which parts that I needed. I have the ST Saddlebags already installed and they suit the bike really well. 👍👍👌
In regards to blocking the wind at Highway speeds, how does this fairing compare to the Memphis shades road warrior fairing? Also, can you do a video without the bags? Bike looks sick by the way.
The ST faring really shines in how it blocks the wind from the bottom protecting your core compared to the Road Warrior faring. It creates a much bigger pocket for the wind to pass around you. I'll touch base on the Road Warrior comparison in the upcoming video for it.
Floorboards are from Bullittworx, I love em you can switch between floorboards and pegs with them. Backrest comes with the seat. San Diego Customs step up seat.
Even though crash bars are designed to protect parts of the bike it also protects the rider from the bike falling on the rider if ever laid down and thats huge. I have had a bike fall on me without crash bars and the injuries are not fun. I noticed you use the flat out bar on your bikes as do I cause I love the look. Do you think they provide as much protection as the mustache engine guard? Seems to me the mustache guard would stop the bike sooner than the flat out bar cause the mustache bar is much lower to the ground especially with the ST fairing. What do you think? Love the channel!
What I like about the flat out bar is that it sits high. I've dropped the bike before so I know it does the job. I dont have experience with the mustache bar but just looking at the shape I would think it would be better at taking more damage than the flat out bar, but I have no complaints. I put another on after I dropped it the first time. Thank you for the kind words and for watching the videos!!!
Hey man cool vid. I have the same bike but I going for a full blackout look. I do like your front and rear crash bars and boards. Are the mini Thrashin boards? I’m also going to put on the Advan black bags. I currently have TBR 2 into one but I’m changing them to some short shots. Cheers dude from Oz
Great video.. just did my DYNA .. heads up.. my bolts holding the headlight bracket didn’t have locktite .. one came loose. I had to get back into it after I heard a rattle .. my bolt fell completely off
Oh man, sounds like you saved it.. I also ordered the harley rubber bushings for the windshield. These are really soft and you can easily tighten the bolt right thru it.
@@WeRide2 let me know how you make out with that. I ended up putting washers on my windshield. I went to a dealership and I seen the Lowrider ST and it looked like the exact same faring with the bushings.
Brother can you give us a rundown list what aftermarket parts you’ve done to the set up , up to date. Love the bike got the exact same one ! Love from fl
I'd be interested to see what the cost difference is between doing this and just buying a low rider ST, How much money did you actually save? Or did it end up costing more to put this fairing on the street bob? Myself, I think if what I was going for was the wind break and look of the fairing I would have just purchased the Low rider ST to begin with.
If we're talking just the addition of the faring here's what it would look like using 2024 MSRP prices: the 24 Street Bob is $16999 the 24 Low Rider ST is $23999. The Advanblack faring kit is roughly $1200 bringing the Street Bob total to about $18199. So with just the faring you're still saving almost $6000 which leaves plenty of room for updates on the Street Bob including whatever bag set you want if you're looking for ST bags or something similar. A good question and thanks again for watching!
I noticed it does not appear that you used the Advanblack lower support bracket for the fairing but you still kept yout HD crash bar? How did you mount it? Advanblack is telling me thier bracket must be used and if you want to keep the HD crash bar you can try HD P/N 47200927 like the Low Rider ST has but cant guarantee fitment.
@@WeRide2 I understand the flat out bar is what fit your bike, but did you use the lower bracket supplied by advanbkack? Did you have to order the Harley kit along with it?
what I'm saying is the HD OEM part that they said on the Advanblack site works fine with my flat out bar. That's what you see me use in the video. www.harley-davidson.com/us/en/shop/fxlrst-fairing-support-kit/p/47200927
No worries, I used the Harley bracket that I sent you the link for with the flat out bar. That's all you need if you have the same crash bar. If you don't have that crash bar order the bracket from advanblack along with the faring.
Great video, but I do have 2 questions. 1. Can you provide the link to purchase the headlight? I have the 2020 street Bob and I just installed the St fairing. 2. Well, you were able to install the speakers?
Thanks! Here's the link for the bracket and the headlight: kleenmotollc.com/products/low-rider-st-rigid-industries-adapt-xp-mounting-bracket-and-wiring-harness I have not installed speakers yet. I use the Cardo PackTalk Edge in my helmet for tunes.
I’m a little disappointed that you don’t get USA made extensions from Guerrilla Cables when this carries a $1500 price tag. So is the fairing also imported from China and just painted here?
I hear you there, but you know how it is. As for imports that's a good question. I went on their website to see if it says anything about made in the USA. I didn't see any such claim so I would think that you're probably right as far as being imported.

WOW! looks so much better on the Street Bob. 😍👍

That looks great. I can see some hard bags on there now
That front faring looks fuckin hard on that bike!
Looks great, definitely going to do this to mine. Just picked up a 24 street bob vivid black. Great video, how’s the ride with it?
Thanks bro! The ride is so much better with all the wind protection
Looks beautiful 🔥

Love your set up. How do you like the Thrashin mini boards? Do they ever come loose. Where did you get the little back rest on your seat?

Would this fit on the Fatbob 114 as well?
I just love the look of the fat front tyre on the fat bob.
According to their website Advanblack says it'll fit the fat bob

Would this faring work with a lower handlebar setup or would it touch do you think? Say like a Mx bar with 2-3in riser
It might, I would imagine you'd have to put the risers in the stock position instead of 2" back like mine.
