I am over 64 years old and I have watched a lot of television. This is, by far, my favorite show. I have watched TBBT from beginning to end so many times, my children thought I wasn’t aware there were other shows to watch.
He is an awesome actor. The show is phenomenal. Any other show could never be binge watched from end to end contually without becoming jarring, but this never pales.
I'll debate that idea, several very good shows come to mind, MASH, Star Trek the next generation, last of the summer wine, and are you being served are just a few
one thing i can say about the show is its coziness, heck i was just beginning to watch it from season 1 and i already feel nostalgic i'm only at season 2
I can't be the only person that would love it if they would bring tbbt back for more seasons. I don't think they would have lost many fans between then and now.
TBBT: What Life Was Really Like For Jim Parsons When He Played Sheldon | Rumour Juice It is impossible to imagine what The Big Bang Theory would be like without Jim Parsons as Sheldon Cooper. The actor has managed to commemorate his character in history of television. For Parsons, it was not an easy catch. The whole process of becoming Sheldon was a lot more challenging than many might allege. From dozens of failed auditions to maddening and even neurotic preparations for each shooting day. Check out our new video to see what this role cost Jim Parsons.
I also watch it over and over I love to watch it last thing at night I sleep soundly with happy thoughts I just love the show, love the whole cast they all fit together so well great great comedy. Wish you all well in your future new roles or whatever you choose to do.
no. i dont watch reruns of penny, it was so disgusting that she slept with everyone no matter what. she was the main character and she had the best parts. someone liked her.

To fo this kind of preparation for 22 years is really harsh. I can also understand he was exhausted. SMG of Buffy said that bring the main character she was always always on scene for 15/16 a day, each day also week ends, for 8 years. People of TV industry confirm that the main characters are always the more exhausted (but yes also untouchable and with the power to end everything, like Jim decided, rightly, to do, after a while).
Jim Parsons did mention on an interview stating that he's nothing like Sheldon. Playing Sheldon Cooper is a challenging yet important and rewarding role, I must say.
I love how it came full circle because kailey(Penny) had been a successful actress since she was a teen.. so while in the show she delt with a lot of rejection and not ever finding that success as an actress.. and then seeing Sheldon, an EXTREEMLY successful person from a young age while the real life Jim having dealt with the rejection portrayed by the penny character is so cool . I always knew that Jim is so different than Sheldon but I love seeing the real person behind the character ❤️
I remember going to see the group Fusion at the Armadillo. The woman in the group was gesticulating weirdly. My friend who always knew esoteric things nudged me excitedly and said she's playing a Theremin! A what? You don't really touch much of anything. You just wave you hands in an electrical field. THAT'S what she's doing. Oh. That was my first encounter with the Theremin.
I can’t say I believe that TBBT ended because of Jim. Once you get to season 11 it’s less engaging. I just can’t get into the rest of it like I did in the beginning.
Those that run away from big money are bound to find something bigger than money can buy. Also the opportunities that come with it leads to even bigger money than initial offerings. Surely as an artist the cast need to move on and find other things to do.
I like Sheldon and Amy as a couple, but the others to me were just as important. There’s lots of talent. They could have continued. IASunny in Philadelphia is still on, right? simpson’s. Family Guy. I would have loved to see the others raise children and Cinnamon’s puppies.
I’m impressed by the wax figure since normally, they don’t look like the person they represent. But that one is pretty good. But celebrities pay for the stars, so that’s not as impressive.
You're just an angry bitter old man that lives in the illusion that somehow the world runs on his whims. If it doesn't make YOU laugh, this show isn't for you.
i heard that he is playing in a movie that is all about gay men, now i won't watch him in anything like that. if you gay you are gay but don't put it out like it's okay especially if kids watch. i don't know for sure if it's true
... kids know about sex, and kids should know about being homosexual. I knew a kid who, even at a young age, definitely was gay. I remember he was picked on for it, though I was confused why at the time myself. Exposure to the idea helps those individuals normalize the concept. If you're truly fine with gay individuals, then this shouldn't be an issue for you. My guess is you're actually prejudiced and are just feigning being ok with it on some level to avoid backlash... or perhaps fooling yourself into not recognizing this prejudice.
@@JimBob1937 maybe , no one is actually okay with it, you just have to accept it, life is short i don;t begrudge anyone anything, certain things as an older blk woman it's hard to change. but i love him and amy, she is dear to my heart. i respect her so much. can i feel like that without being prejudice or afraid of back lashes, im hope others can see im accepting but i don't want a movie to encouraging lottle ppl, they will do it on their own...i admire him and especially amy. her, call me kat show and expeically jeopardy, i would be her second mom..lol
I remember being in elementrly school. You know how you will having spelling test till like junior high? Well I don't know about any of you but when I was in school we would do them like this Monday we'd learn the words and we would have to write them out tens times each Wednesday we would have a mock test. We would then have to write the worlds we failed on 20 times. Friday would be the final test. I think the kids who pulled 100 on the mock test still had to do the real test though. So Jim doing basiaclly flash cards and then writing scene down is mailing sure he'd remember that scene for that week you could probably ask him about any scene he did at any tume and he can go through with you in great detail.
