While he is now a shell of a man due to the losses of his elite guard, his family, and friends. In the death of his role as a Kaleesh general he was given new life as one of the most feared and respected warriors in galactic history. The galaxy would not soon forget his actions during the clone wars especially his invasion of the core worlds and the attack on coruscant. He believed he was on the right path. It's a shame that he was used only as a means of striking fear into the heart of the republic so Palpatine could justify the creation of The Empire.
