This makes me wish for a seperatist-centred show. A regiment of varying droid types lead by a main cast of tactical droids and some commanders, trying to survive the empire’s iron fist. Maybe a handful of side characters representing each droid model. A cranky B1, a B2 knucklehead, a veteran commando droid, a limping droideka, a cocky magna-guard, an uppity tactical droid… something like that. In fact: i believe one of the only possible way to continue the sequels in a way that doesn’t suck is a CIS return. Due to the first order going down after absolutely dunking on the new republic, the seperatists have a window of opportunity. Basically, i imagine a BIG fucking senate meeting going on after TROS. Cuz, what the hell!? The first order showed up with TENS OF THOUSANDS of star destroyers, all capable of one-shotting a planet? If they won at exegol, the entire galaxy would be FUCKED! And when the people realize this never would have happened If the rebels/new republic actually focused on wiping out the empire remnants instead of ‘’Rebuilding the republic’’, there would be system-scale riots! Who the hell would want to rebuild the new republic at this point? All they have done is fail. They can’t do ANYTHING, cause they’re always either ‘’stretched thin’’ or ‘’can’t spare the resources’’. They might look back at the Classic republic in a less favorable light as well. The previous republic was corrupt as hell, not some beacon of hope! Why the hell should the revival of such an institution even be on the TABLE?! And Any empire sympathizers will basically be ostricized and imprisoned due to the first order being nothing but a force of chaos. That one line from the imperial agent in The Mandalorian Episode 1 is now no longer possible. The remaining senate is aflame with bickering, questions and insults. The makeshift head of an entire galaxy has in a few years been turned into a useless mess. Disorder in a galaxy in deep need of leadership. And in comes a seperatist representative, (super tactical droid, most likely) with a proposition. The Confederacy's ressurection, as the galaxy's new head. Idk, i just found it interesting. (would also only work if the sequels were not mentioned)
If the separatist representative was a super tactical droid, maybe it could be Kalani? Since he survived that battle in Rebels, maybe him and a handful of surviving B1s could resurrect the Confederacy.
The poor droids, just doing what their superiors told them. If it’s the “good side”, they’re a hero. But the battle droids, everyone just saw them as expendable. They deserved to get recognized for being great, and doing what they were taught was right. You can’t always blame the one who fights, but sometimes the one who showed them it was what they were supposed to do.
Honestly this was an amazing tribute to be seen I have loved the CIS/Separatists/droids ever since i was a kid and will always remain one just being funny as well as serious, all the different designs between land and space with infantry and Vehicles and the epic battles between land space and ocean, this deserves a roger roger from me as well GLORY TO THE CIS!! GLORY TO THE SEPARATISTS!! GLORY TO THE DROIDS!!
The Rebel Alliance Military could have recovered each CIS Droid deactivated and integrated into their ranks. They could even have taken control of the CIS droid factories to increase their numbers and repair the droids that were damaged during their deactivation.
@@501stappo8so? Some of the rebel factions clearly didn’t care about public opinion and reusing old battle droids to pad your numbers against the clearly inept but overwhelming stormtrooper corps would just make sense tactically
God man, as a Droid Army simp this just hits right in the feels. Editing is so RAW man, I seriously love what you did with this. Absolutely wonderful tribute, a drink a water in the desert that is Clone tribute videos. Your hard work is SHOWING so hard right now dude. Beautiful stuff!
I always liked more the CIS for one reason: they used droids instead of living beings as main troops. Yeah, the droids were more cheaper than human/alien troops, and could be build for multiple roles in combat or logistics, but the most important: you keeped living beings, citizens of the CIS, away from combat (except for certain comandants and high rank officers in the CIS who usually were alien species). I think the clone army its cool, of course...but is an army made basically from slaves born just to fight for the republic and nothing else, this was mostly seen in Bad Batch, that months after the war ended clones were being replaced by regular humans, dismissed like trash. Yeah, Even the Jedi didn´t care about this, when in the end...they know the clones didn´t got a real plan of life after the war, they allowed this slave army without dubt. You can shut down millions of droids...doesn´t matter, they can be stored somewhere and be reactivated if they are needed some day, they are things...clones don´t, they deserved something better after the war. So yeah, Im a Separatist, fuck the republic, his corrupted senate, and his army of slaves.
Whoever lost the Emperor won Seperatists won? Sidious just adopts them. Republic wins? Sidious takes over the Senate. The Empire is established either way. The Jedi lost their compassion and tried fighting on the Sith's turf, when the Sith were born on that turf
The only real issue with this logic is that on many occasions the CIS droids were shown to be either fully self aware and therefore alive, or at least very close to it. Which raises an ethics question all it's own. However, even so it's still miles more ethical than the clone army which is effectively a child slave army when you consider how much their growth rate is accelerated An excellent comment and point either way. Apologies for the brick
@@gigaspheal9439Yeah, most clones were probably 10-15 years old by the time they were sent to trenches. And after they finally succeed, their reward is Forced retirement without means to settle? Also yeah, its unfortunate how battle droids were just pawns in a greater game. They had the potential to do so much more good, and Im glad that at least some of them were legitimately fighting against tyranny later on.
Fuck man, I genuinely have no idea how this isn't in the millions. Each frame is picture perfect, each scene you chose makes it all the better. Matter of fact, your original video on this fully completed my CIS supporter transformation! It makes me feel so in touch with the Separatists, and how awesome their army truly was. And it's so weird to think that by the time of the Sequals, this once great army...now a pile of scrap.
I really appreciate the flattery! I too have been a big fan of the CIS and their droid army for a long time now, so this was quite fulfilling to make. Yeah, its unfortunate they show up less and less by the later trilogies, but it's neat how a B1 and some Supers show up in resistance (which takes place during the first order period). I guess that just gos to show the droid armies size and resilience. Glad you like it so much, cheers man :)
Idk who you are, or how this video ended up in my recommended but I'm glad that I watched it. The music and the clips were spot on, and it brought back some clone wars memories I forgot I even had. Keep doing what you're doing dude
The Republic became an evil empire from day 1. It took the Jedi removal and the loss of the only power that opposed it for the galaxy to realize this. The droids were unsung heroes. They may look funny, but from their perspective the war is truly grim.
I like the music and shows the battle droids are actually dangerous and powerful even if they have flaws but the ending is just sad where they either being destroyed, burned, exploded, shut down by EMPs and become a pile of scrap
Yeah, the bad batch especially made me mega sad with the episodes where the droid remnants were getting recycled / taken out. I wanted to convey those emotions at the end, to reflect the sorrow that comes with the droid armies deactivation. But we will endure!
They had the war in the palm of their hand and then they were sent to the scrap heap. The largest army the galaxy had ever seen, turned to dust for one man's plan to rule the universe. Now they're just used a comic relief and a reminder that this army was a failure. But we all know it wasn't. If show didn't have the luxury of plot armor, they would have won, time and time again. They had the technology, good defensive strategies, excellent specialized equipment, and most importantly, in some sense, they were alive. And now they're all just metal.
Honestly yea the core separatist movement was justified too bad it was hijacked by the sith and the megacorps…now it only serves as a monument to droid suffrage
@@andthenhedead6076 The only reason the Separatists exist in the first place is BECAUSE of the Sith. It wasn't hijacked by them, it was theirs from the start.

The Separatists were dealt a bad hand. My childhood favorite faction and I will continue to root for them. Even in the end if they were nothing more than pawns for the Sith, they were real to me
Just the word separtists alone is bada$s. The droid army is cool, and i love their navy (the recusant is my favorite ). Impressive how many varients of droids there are in the separatist army and how effective they can be like the commando droids, the defoliator canon, the droidekas
The one force that could have stopped the horrors of the Empire before they even began...Them, not the clones, and certainly not the Jedi. And they fell fighting against it, betrayed by their own leaders and the machinations of Palpatine. At least some of them died standing, fighting the Empire until the very end, as on Dresix. They'll be remembered as the first to attempt to save the galaxy from itself, while the Jedi and their pet clones marched it gleefully to its doom, cheering and congratulating themselves every damn step of the way.
One thing to remember: In star wars, Droids (even battle droids) are NOT robots. There is a difference. Robots, in star wars, are what we have now. Those assembly arms in the factory are robots. What they are making are droids. Droids each have a sentience in them, self awareness. From the littlest ASP or Binary Loadlifter with just enough awareness of its existence to wish it wasn't, to the most brilliant droid generals and control computers, they all had a mind and thoughts. They were aware of their programming constraints; meaning that a battle droid that had artistic interests would have them... but not be able to act on them except to literally make their mark on the battlefield. And what's more... they did fear death. They wanted to live. It's a great metaphor for a slave army, even more than the clones.
So very true, I feel like Battle Droids acted a lot like people throughout all the star wars media that has shown up, sometimes even more than rebel soldiers or clones. I really hope there will be a series one day that explores the idea of droid sentience more, or one that focuses on Battle Droids and the war from their perspective. Its fascinating. Might I recommend Pop culture detectives video on Star Wars Droids for a even deeper look into the subject?
Battle droids are some of the most interesting characters in starwars cannon, the CIS droid army is my all time favorite faction of all of starwars; I just wish we got to see more serious takes on them instead of using them for cheap comic relief; that goes for imperial droids too. The small amount we do see however is so incredible i cant get enough of it, their designs, their character, the charm, all of it is peak sci-fi Star Wars in my eyes. As said many times before, if the clone wars weren't rigged from the start, the Confederstions of Independent Systems would have taken over the galaxy in a instant; likely leading to a extremely peaceful galaxy. Glory to Count Dooku, all praise to the separatists, hail General Grevious.
great vid, surprise it only now went on my feed. Love the CIS and wish they would have more live action appearances, but not gonna hold my breath with disney. Keep up the good work.
Its so sad the Separatists went from people with a true cause worth fighting for to being a Siths plaything while sacrificing hundreds of thousands of *sentient* droid lives...
The Droids of all people in star was history deserve their own system or at least their own planet. No one had fought harder or longer then the droids. Through arteries or wires, commends or orders, bravery is all the same.
"No respect, no love, no care, only hardened hearts against an enemy who cannot disobey their orders. Dieing many times, unlike clones, just to be rebuilt and put back into action again. Not compassion, no care, from this message is one thing I want to share. There is no difference between "Good Soldiers follow orders." And "Roger Roger." Only the flesh that was put there." - Lost B2 Battle Droid
One of the things that makes the clones different from the droids is how independent clones were and were able to at times disobey orders while the droids no matter how badly they wanted to they physically could not no matter how hard they tried. The clones were slaves to the inhibitor chip while the droids were slaves to their base code. While you see clones like Rex and Cut living their own lives you never see droids living free. Infact the only instance that even remotely resembles this is a small unit of droids on Agamar that were still fighting the clone war years after it had ended and were only brought peace after the ghost crew visited them 18 years after the end of the war to tell them they were free and the war was over. The other instance is of droids being used as unpaid laborers for the organics of a planet probably 21+ years after the clone wars ended. Every other droid was unceremoniously discarded, this was worse than the fate of the clones because nobody fought for their rights or opposed them being scrapped like old equipment. They were quite literally melted down to build the foundation for a government that oppressed their kind.
To My Fellow Separatist, if you are interested, theres a great Fanfic on "Spacebattles" "Sublight Drive" more then 50+ chapters and onging. MC is Admiral of CIS Navy, who is a Force Blank, and defeats renonwned Jedi in many battles and moves to usurp Dooku and Palpatine's Power. The Republic is facing defeat after defeat and are now on there last leg. The story has both Legends timeline Characters on both sides.
After the mandatory military service I empathized more about droids. We were expected to act like droids when we were given orders, and civilians shunned us more then stray dogs on street.
Manipulated by Sidious or not, the people that would become the CIS had a real desire for self-determination and freedom from the Deep Core centric Republic. That they rose up in such force was not a deception. The Republic had grown accustomed to catering to the Deep Core, and Core worlds while neglecting the Outer Rim and the Colony sectors. The CIS were not evil, they had evil leaders, but so did the Republic. Pour one out for the B1 Battle Bros lost.
With the Empire, First Order, New Republic, and most of the rebels dead...maybe its time for the wheel to roll onwards and for some new Sepratists who are against trying to rebuild the republic for the 3rd time to show up?
I think that’s cause they switched hardware. They used to be controlled through central computers in capital ships, but it was deemed too risky due to Anakin blowin that shit up. They switched to each droid having a cheap proccessing unit, so that destroying one target wouldn’t render a million battledroids useless. Basically a double-edge-sword situation.

But still droid are mechanical and are a short for Androids
How is this only 5k views? This edit is epic
For the sacrifice of the Separatist Alliance !
werk mama SLAYYYYYYY it's giving future it's giving science those robots truly ate and left no crumbs
Yes exactly
🤔
Will nobody talk about how good the end is?
To the greatest army the galaxy has ever seen.
For the Separatist Alliance!
Theory:
The Clone Wars TV show was simply a propaganda piece for the Republic.
All of those droids die for freedom.
This video is amazing
great vid, surprise it only now went on my feed. Love the CIS and wish they would have more live action appearances, but not gonna hold my breath with disney. Keep up the good work.
Roger, roger...
They was the only force, able to save the Galaxy from the Empire.
Its so sad the Separatists went from people with a true cause worth fighting for to being a Siths plaything while sacrificing hundreds of thousands of *sentient* droid lives...
Pretty sad that they got controlled by the Sith and then made them look bad by committing lot of war crimes with them
Yeah very true 😞
In a Parrarel universe, we look into the perspective of the CIS instead of the Republic.
I'd be so happy if they ever did a series from a Separatist pov
@@oom8793 Imagine if they did a "What if.." series, kinda wondering what would happen if the CIS won
6:22 you can see that the battle droids have personality as these two droids high five, or in this case high three
Glory to the Forgotten Army
Long Live the Droid Army
Long Live the CIS
Thank you for your service soldier!
The Droids of all people in star was history deserve their own system or at least their own planet. No one had fought harder or longer then the droids. Through arteries or wires, commends or orders, bravery is all the same.
For the Seperatist Alliance!
"No respect, no love, no care, only hardened hearts against an enemy who cannot disobey their orders.
Dieing many times, unlike clones, just to be rebuilt and put back into action again.
Not compassion, no care, from this message is one thing I want to share.
There is no difference between "Good Soldiers follow orders." And "Roger Roger."
Only the flesh that was put there."

We fight for what's right, for the separatist alliance!
For me, the Clone wars TV series put the "WAR" in STAR WARS.
Truly, I feel like the Rebel and Resistance conflicts were always a little bit more isolated compared to the Clone Wars in terms of scale...
The droids in starwars really do deserve rights 😢
@@oom8793All in favor of a Star Wars Droids show. 🖐
For the Separatist alliance!!!
Glory to the CIS!
Just wanted to comment to say that you picked the scenes exceptionally well. Especially at 3:00 and 3:13
Amazing stuff!
Thank you for the high compliment!
Droids are da best
The CIS 💣💥
To My Fellow Separatist, if you are interested, theres a great Fanfic on "Spacebattles"
"Sublight Drive" more then 50+ chapters and onging.
For the separatist alliance!
After the mandatory military service I empathized more about droids. We were expected to act like droids when we were given orders, and civilians shunned us more then stray dogs on street.
Feel bad for the droids
Same here
😍👍 10/10
Это шедевр!
За КНС, отдадим дань уважения великай армии дройдов,а то меркнут на фоне клонов.
👍👍👍👍👍😊😊😊 100/10 👌👌👌
Make a petition to have Star Wars Saga on the Separatist movement and their amazing characters !
This makes me feel bad for the droids. They were just doing what they were told to do.

The droid army has to be the most unfairly treated army in this series 😢

"I did not surrender to the corrupt Republic, I did not surrender to the Empire, and I will not surrender to you!"
With the Empire, First Order, New Republic, and most of the rebels dead...maybe its time for the wheel to roll onwards and for some new Sepratists who are against trying to rebuild the republic for the 3rd time to show up?
I would love to see a version of star wars 9 in which palpatine gets killed by b1 or b2 by shooting him in his back
The worst thing was them going from terrifying in phantom menace to talking like 8 year olds
It was weird that the super battle droids in episode 3 had the same high pitched voices too
I think that’s cause they switched hardware. They used to be controlled through central computers in capital ships, but it was deemed too risky due to Anakin blowin that shit up.
They switched to each droid having a cheap proccessing unit, so that destroying one target wouldn’t render a million battledroids useless.
Basically a double-edge-sword situation.
Roger roger...
it's just unique and memorable
Who would win in a fight millions of genetically engineered super soldiers or some goofy robots?
For the Republic !!
But I like B1
