One of my favourite TH-cam channels! Definitely the best 1080p quality video! Can you create a video about your workflow for youtube? How do you export the video etc. The quality is sick! Would love to know how to properly export the video to get this level of details! Thank you!

Thanks so much, love what you do! In my opinion, you use the lighting most beautifully and correctly from most TH-camrs. There is much to learn from you and your editing videos. Thanks 👑

I used one of these with the Aputure 120d for a documentary. Hung it above a table and it evenly lit all the subjects. Totally not what it was intended for but a lot more practical than having multiple lights and bounce boards trying to soft light multiple subjects in an interview type of set up.

Would these lights create weird reflections when used for automotive photography? Sounds like a good alternative to flying in a ceiling and lighting it with floor-mounted fresnels?

They would make lots of individual reflections, unless you put up a single overhead diffusion fabric.

Wouldn’t it be the same thing as just throwing on a Chinese lantern?

That's the question I also would ask. What is the difference with Chinese lanterns?

No discernible difference. I use one (not 50) aputure space light modifier with a 300d to raise ambient light. At $50 it’s cheaper than their lantern or chimera pancake.

what's the difference between a space light and a lantern, why would you use one over the other?

Space light is the fixture, a lantern is a light modifier
