If it's the same algae that grows on rocks by the ocean, you go and harvest it yourself and dry it. Korean people eat it too. Check out Ms. Mina ( coastal foraging )

Unfortunately I haven't seen it sold locally, I don't where you'll find it unless you go to Laos or Thailand... 😔
