When was the PZX triangle discovered? thank you very much, I'm in need of answer.

"Discovered" is an interesting verb here. Serious spherical geometry goes back about a thousand years but the beginnings of it existed in the ancient world. I think it's fair to say that Ibn Muʿādh al-Jayyānī would have understood the PZX concept.
As for navigational applications, you will run into the problem that early mathematical navigators in the 1500s and 1600s used very different terminology than we do today. Pedro Nunes and Edward Wright in the 1500s might have used the PZX triangle or something similar. The octant was independently invented by two people in the 1730s, so the idea must have been established by then.
