If you are talking about the playlists (the singleplayer experience) then you need to beat the playlist, then it will let you pick whatever car you want to use. Its really dumb imo but it is what it is. If you are talking about grand races, they change every 30 minutes. So it may be race, hyper, rally but then change to rally raid, formula, street tier 2. So you just have to wait and hope the car class you bought shows up as a class to race in grand races. Hope that helps!
God dam, Hi hope ya well, I just randomly came across this video on my PS4 Pro TH-cam app and now I'm at your channel and there are 7 ive queued up to watch now but I thought I'd comment 1st, Beware Small Rant Coming. TH-cam in reality is such a bad place now what with notifications being very occasionally sent n seen, bloody adverts every damn minute now in videos is so over the top and now streamers streams is full of them it's so fecking annoying, 2 minutes into a live one adverts begin then every couple of minutes throughout its basically adverts with bits of video now instead of the other way round, lol. it's nearly impossible just to sit and relax and watch streamers play a game without having to keep ya mouse glued to ya damn hand I so wish there was a place just liked TH-cam but more of how TH-cam used to be because its getting worse by the minute.
When playstation gave us 2 days free "playstation online" during december I spend all the time of free online into grand races and oh god it was experience 90% or players just sudenly forgot how to drive once they are on grand race I got like 5th place at best and most comonly 10th place but that's becuz I have under builded cars, but other players they obviosly had more powerfull cars than me and somehow performed worse (when people forget how to drive moment lol) those players who got on higher place than me were obviosly like me but with better cars, players who were carefull on how they drive not just kick pedal to medal

I bought the game, and I bought a car in game and I can’t use it I have to use other cars why?
