I was looking for a video that took us through the steps. It is assuming that we know how to use all the design and formatting tools.
in case of fresher what should be given in professional title
If you are a student I would write it as a title, otherwise leave it blank. As a person with no experience you should focus on your skills and background. Use functional resume instead of traditional chronological resume. And list only those skills that are relevant to the position you are applying for ;)

What about PDF instead of .docx. Made using LateX
PDF will work in most cases, unless the ATS is old. It really depends on the company you're applying to. Most likely it will be written in job position description to apply with .docx if that will be the case.
