When people say they don’t like showering it’s usually because their struggling with mental health and their day is already so exhausting just by simply existing that anything other than that is debilitating. I love having a hot shower but sometimes it’s just so exhausting to even think about it and all the processes and steps it takes to do it, I still do it but there are so many people who physically can’t! This is no way meant to be commented in a negative way, just showing a different perspective 😊 I do love your content! X

Damp them with a sponge and warm water. Vanish oxi action powder in a cup add a drop of water make it into a paste and use an old toothbrush to clean the fabric, put them in the wash with a few old towels on a cold wash then airdry them, Top Tip! Put scrunched up newspaper inside when drying them, it helps soak out the moisture and the trainers keep their shape! 👌 xx

Superb to have an updated what I eat in a day style video. I have a similar diet to you with working out regularly. I like the protein power especially in smoothies I don't always stick to that when exercising. I like the mixture of meals and snacks you have. Hope you're alright, especially with Danny away working. 🧡🌸

Don’t overthink the evening meal timings - it is what it is. This use to stress me out sooo much too! 😂 but it works for ur lifestyle so let the lifestyle determine it and the meal timings lands where it lands, consistency is key
Trainers cleaning.. sunlight bar of soap (it’s a yellow colour), rubbing and scrubbing that over the shoe running under a little hot water. Works really well for me x
Put each trainer in an old white towel and wrap each one in a ball, put a scoop of vanish stain remover (oxi action) in with a wash tab and wash on a 20 degree wash on a medium spin (to stop the glue melting), should come out brand new! The towel cleans the trainer and protects it and the stain remover takes out all them stubborn stains.

Zoe I can’t touch raw meat !!! I always always use a knife and fork to pick it up out of the carton or put my hand in a food bag and handle it that way !!!
That chicken rice and veg looked banging don’t like rice pudding I tried some years ago and was like I was eating vomit so that put me off but I’d defo demolish the dinner off
Tótally agree! There's a lot of processed food (packages, tins/microwave). Why focus on calories instead of quality? Prioritize yourself and the ingredients (and money) you put in your body? For instance on the oats, it does take the same amount of time to warm up milk, put oats in it etc. as you make your coffee. Sorry, I'm not impressed! ❤
Please check out the Glucose Goddess Zoe, she is a biochemist and will give you fantastic information for your body and how food impacts it, especially a sweet breakfast,because it may help you with dips and spikes in your blood sugar and maybe could improve your workouts 🤷♀️just a suggestion ❤

Huel is the best protein shake, it’s expensive, but it’s really good, I use it a lot after training, try the snack bars they are delicious 😋

Put stain remover in the washing machine with your trainers, as well as liquid detergent and comfort in the drawers (it works great for my trainers) 🫶
