I have also experienced loud screaming children outside of my house, it was frustrating at first but I then changed my perspective to be that in a world of computers, videos games, phones and just general technology it’s nice to know there are still children playing outside like I used to in the 90’s. It changed the way I felt when I next heard them playing loudly outside 💕

Yes I had the same! I took a new pre workout for the first time and made me feel awful, I think again it was the sudden increase in caffeine and not having eaten with it. The pre workout now feels fine but I gently eased myself into taking it alongside having a squares bar with x

Agree that kids need to be disciplined by parents more about screaming and taught to be considerate of others. I would talk to their mom or apt mgmt. Hydrate more after drinking coffee. I experienced severe migraine and needed to go to hospital as I drank strong coffee and I didn’t hydrate enough afterwards and doing heavy workout with my body building coach. Drink lots of water. Super important to keep drinking water a lot after the 😂coffee and during the workout. 💜✝️🌸❤️🇺🇸🌹

Hi Zoe great vlog , just wanted to say yes I also get this with coffee now never used too though, I’ve switched to decaf after a long road of trying different decaf brands I found ones I like and now stick too. Best thing I’ve done because I feel much better for it no headaches no shaking feelings or on edge anymore plus better sleep win win xx
I have had a coffee every morning for 10 years. But if I ever have more than one a day, I immediately get a headache! So definitely can cause headaches if it’s too strong ❤️ xx

Also that coffee thing has happened to me a few times, some are so strong in caffeine and if you haven’t eaten enough and aren’t fully hydrated it’s the worse! I feel sick and dizzy and find it so hard to do anything properly until it passes, normally food and water help a lot! Maybe go half strength next time! Xxx
The young kids above me in my apartment block are so loud stomping and screaming for hours past their bedtime I've written to the family multiple times asking for some consideration it's barely helped haha! Some good headphones and massive saving for a house is my strategy😂 happy Easter x

Yes! I have this problem with the kids around my area I have a lovely green and they like to play football which is absolutely fine but they like to go a little crazy and kick the football at my door sometimes which scares the hell out of me when I am working from home. It’s absolutely normal for you to feel they way you do
I felt it with the children screaming. My old neighbours used to be on their trampoline all day every day and I didnt know the sound of springs could be so annoying when trying to work😂
Yes ... pre workout does this also to me lol if I get carried away. It's not a nice feeling.... Please if u see this I have watched your sisters video and she said about bambi having trapped wind really bad, my little girl was the same and she had tongue tie that was missed and wasn't picked up till 15 weeks after me struggling for 15weeks and Dr brown narrow teat bottles work the best also x
As much as it sucks that Danny and Tommy have to travel for work, it’s great that you and Molly are so close to each other because you’ll both get it better than people who have partners who don’t travel. Hope that makes sense 😂
I had the noisy neighbour problem. It was effecting me every single day. I’m a shift worker to which doesn’t help as it was affected my sleep. I eventually plucked up the courage to speak to them and ask them to keep the noise down and it was the best thing I ever did. There’s not been any noise since 💖hope you get sorted. You could tell a little lie that you were a shift worker if it helps😬💖
I’m a black coffee drinker and love strong coffee but sometimes coffee will make me shaky/dizzy/sweaty and feel nauseous. Other caffeinated drinks don’t make me feel like this, I feel like it’s to do with the type of coffee beans that don’t agree with me? Or maybe it’s coffee with very high amounts of caffeine? Also you should try those crispy cakes with peanut butter mixed in too..they are unreal😍
God I can relate to the caffeine issues! If I have too much caffeine I get shakey and sweaty. I call them caffeine shakes. The way I fix it is drinking water and eating something carby x
