Its good genetics
Not really, at least not for me. I'm really anemic and have poor nail strength. Use top coat ALWAYS. Always seal the tips of your nails too don't forget that. I can grow mine out as long as hers and I used to though now I prefer a little shorter just for my comfort. Just protect your nail with a top coat, you could take collagen like I do but it's not needed. I literally use dollartree clear polish sometimes, and sometimes I use Essie. I did cleaning today and I didn't have a top coat and all the chemicals made my nails brittle and one broke. If you are exposing your nails to harsh elements wear gloves or at the least always wear a top coat. Also when your nails are medium to long get a nail scrubber; I use one I got at the dollartree so your nails stay relatively white and most importantly clean

i prefer chocolate chip cookies, but i only like SOFT ones. not hard crunchy ones like those lol. and i always need milk!!! i do love oreos tho, but again, milk is a must
