At the beginning of his stream, Frank Tedeco plays a medley of songs to just warm up. In the beginning of this video, he's transitioning from a song, and at the end, he transitions into another song.
This is an incredibly beautiful arrangement and wonderful playing, with great rhythm and superb dynamics.
There are other pianists who play Boulevard of "Broken Dreams" on TH-cam, and some of their videos are great too, however, every other such video I've seen pales in comparison to this warmup rendition!

@@howardy8333 The harmony changes in the chorus, since a minor scale chord (E minor) is used, but still E dorian is the key. They use the dorian scale so that the theme is not so sad and gives the song some hope. The original song is in F dorian.

@@howardy8333 I know it's in E dorian because I saw it start playing in E minor. The original song is in F dorian with this I know when the last chord is played the order would be Fm Ab Eb Bb (in E dorian it is Em G D A), the scales are almost the same the 2 are minor but in dorian scale the sixth degree increases it the mid tone up, making the last chord major and not minor of the verse.
