Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly
This is superb! Information, as a noob it gets quite difficult to handle all of this and staying informed is a major cause, how do you go about this, are you a pro investor?
Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $508k in just the past two quarters. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choi

Thank you for such an informative show. I agree that employed people should "mind their business". I personally invest in financial assets and i love it so far.
It depends on your goal in the sacco. 1. Share capital- ideally you will get higher dividend on shares compared to interest on deposit. Therefore, if you don't intend to borrow, invest more here. Disadvantage: you won't be refunded upon exiting membership but you can sell to another member or leave it there and continue earning dividends. You can get more information from the sacco you are in. 2. The higher the deposit saving, the higher chances are to get higher loan. You can borrow to buy plots, etc for development and you will be paying at a cheaper interest rate than other financial institutions. By the way instead of using future pension to buy plot and build your home, buy now and let pension be your future upkeep income.
Does a side hustle always have to transition into a full time job in the long run? How about doing it just to diversify and complement your full time job income?
Thank You Mr. Wainaina this Insights, Now I just wish to ask. Is it always advisable to mention about your side hustle in a CV when looking for a job? For example You are an IT Analyst freelancer, Entrepreneur, content creator, Technology writer and you own a website. Should this information be put into a CV. Would the employer not kind of look at you as a competitor somehow?

forget about investing in shares and bond if you have less than ksh 10 million,,,, why am i saying this,,, lets say you have 100k invested in bonds the returns will be ksh 1000 per month,,, it will be a sleeping money compared to another person who started a buy and sell business with the same 100k
Yeah he's not telling us the secret of being rich ...okay I invest 1 million in government bond after 1 year I will get interest of 140k doesn't makes sense..exercise your brain to think bigger and take risks

Very interesting. I need more explanation on government bonds and securities -especially the risks in volved. If you are to choose between fixed deposit and bonds and securities, which one will you go for and why. Thanks.

Successful people don't become that way overnight. What most people see as wealth, a great career, purpose is the result of hard work. 🤑🤑
Well I must say people are scared because there are so many unprofessional brokers out there.
It's wise to seek professional guidance when building a strong financial portfolio due to it's complexity.
