Jeremiah Watkins is genuinely one of the funniest comics out from his little side line roasts in Kill Tony to his podcast Jeremiah Wonders. He definitely needs more recognition 💕
Quick Story:
I did a summer semester in LA back in 2013, and met Jeremiah. I was dabbling in stand-up at the time, and was fortunate enough to get some spots here & there around town. Jeremiah was performing on a lot of the same shows, and first thing I noticed was his talent for impressions. His singer from Kings of Leon is scary accurate.
But more importantly, Jeremiah was really nice to me. He didn’t have to go out of his way to be kind, but he was. And people don’t forget shit like that. Just rented his new Amazon Prime special (which is fantastic), and Jeremiah is one of those people who deserves every bit of success coming his way.
We need Tim Dillon on tiger belly.

Jeremiah Watkins 100% will be in your favorite tv shows, movies, on the radio ... I noticed his extraordinary talent first years ago in roast battle and then his move to KillTony was brilliant and he killed it every week. I knew even he was only going up ! But then I seen him a few months ago in Minneapolis Acme comedy club and after that I personally messaged Netflix, Hulu, Amazon and every other platform I could think of just to make sure his name is in there system non stop and I encourage any other fans to please do the same !! You may think that won’t do anything but one thing I can’t promise is that if you do or say nothing then for sure you have made no impact !
I come back to this often. 😂 episodes like this got me through the pandemic big time.

29:45 Bobby is being genuine and Jeremiah really paid his fucking dues. His comedy is that tier and he wasn't just handed a Netflix special like a handful of folks who are disrespected by comics behind their backs. I can't suggest renting Jeremiah's special on Amazon enough. I cried laughing harder than any special I've seen in years.
You could see the true appreciation on Jeremiah's face, that he tries to hide, when Bobby's tell him he's blessed to be on this list. Great to see that
