It AMAZES ME that so many of these Celebrities buy all these properties but when they SELL them they always SELL AT A LOSS and people never pay attention to that. I LOVE Rihanna but she is getting bad business advice from someone who is probably skimming and making she they at least profit. Plus people never consider the maintenance and taxes alone one these properties and the losses when they SELL them can DESTROY A CELEBRITIES WEALTH OVER TIME AND WHEN THEY ARE NO LONGER HOT.
