This was great at explaining why it would be a bad idea to workout immediately following a meal. The parasympathetic nervous system is constricting air flow in order to allow the body to digest, meaning it would be harder to breathe if someone tried to increase physical activity after eating. Thank you, great video!

Does it mean it’s better to workout on empty stomach?
@@bridgeteddie148 a couple hours after eating is best. It shouldn't really effect your breathing, but the exercise will stimulate sympathetic activity so digestion can be poor if exercising soon after eating.

Yea great video, but I was hoping they would touch on dead space as well lol. Perhaps it was too much in-depth for an an overview video.
