Looks pretty awesome! Almost looks like Otis touch
When Otis stopped making a touch-sensitive fixture in flavour of a Series 1 fixture, Hitachi got angry and make their own touch sensitive button.
How do you know?
@@JimLiElevators That's was an exaggerated joke lol. but Hitachi did make a Touch Sensitive Button after OTIS. the oldest one I see are from 1977 so I was wrong here also. the oldest Hitachi touch-sensitive I saw in Thailand was 1984 at the MBK Shopping Centre.
They're the same touch buttons like the Hitachi elevators at Koryo Hotel in Pyongyang, North Korea, except that the door open and close buttons are slightly different.
Now it has been modernized
:(
They look like Otis touch sensitive buttons except the door open and close are not black buttons. The indicator is also digital.
Ok wanna ride these now! Haha!
biggest exterior floor indicator I've ever seen
It almost looks like a Arcade Fame machine number display
Game
Awesome
Is hitatchi a Chinese brand/company? I havent seen any in the usa but i was surprised about the touch sensitive
I think it’s a Japanese company just like Mitsubishi in Fujitec, but I can’t remember though.
@@JimLiElevators is Japanese, and Toshiba as well.
Looks like the elevators in North Korea
