A Police State/Totalitarian regime offers no debate or democracy. If an individual has a record of any psychological issue or past treatment of such then the legislation you've cited cannot be used . No consent is needed because they plan on using the Mental Health Act to circumvent any Human Rights complaints.
Sorry. I just checked that out properly to be certain and you're right, the UK government will need new legislation to get that legal power. As it stands, the Mental Health Act can only force treatment of the disorder being suffered by the patient. So a vaccination wouldn't be covered. If you work in the health and social care industry however you may be facing a forced choice.

Because he wants to do his incompetent best to save lives.

Enforcing vaccination passports is a choice between one sort of slow death or another.
@Mike Graham and Peter Hitchens:
Continued thanks to you both and to the rest of the Talk Radio crew for your ongoing efforts in the defence of liberty. I'm not optimistic - like Mr Hitchens, I'm afraid we've embarked upon the long road towards totalitarianism - but it's vitally important that we at least keep the fight going to prevent this destructive, panic-driven and disproportionate lockdown-policy from ever being used again.

If individual didn't sign contract with corporation to participate in experiment and did not give informed consent for injection no government can restrict person to access goods and services to sustain life, to infringe rights for free movement, association and free speech. These are just few and not limited. Geneva Convention, The Human Rights act/Magna Carta/, Common law, Nurenberg code...
Healthy debate is corner stone to Democracy and that is absent at present times.
Yes but the government of Spain or any other country owe you nothing. If they choose to prevent you from entering without evidence of a vaccine that’s up to them. This is what will get the bulk of the vaccine hesitant people to have it.
A Police State/Totalitarian regime offers no debate or democracy. If an individual has a record of any psychological issue or past treatment of such then the legislation you've cited cannot be used . No consent is needed because they plan on using the Mental Health Act to circumvent any Human Rights complaints.
@@shawnpower3377 yes, I spotted that right at the beginning when they started altering mental health guidelines!
@@CHuzz7777 yes and even though it doesn’t stop transmission. Amongst all of the other things

Peter is absolutely right.
The title is not necessarily true but freedoms are bloody hard to get back once given up, yes. Hard is not impossible, however.
Those freedoms we gave away were not ours to give. They were hard one at a high price and entrusted to us. We have failed our children and Grandchildren. History will view us as cowards if it remembers us at all.
It's TRUE in the sense that freedom is rarely given and has to be fought for. So you have to very careful about not giving or having it taken away which is what has happened this last year and will now have to be fought for again as it most certainly bd just handed back
No body wins when the people have a stupid government. The answer is to change the system that appears completely corrupt.

Scary times and nothing to do with a virus
Thanks for letting out a little bit out of my balloon. We, the public aren't being represented, or are feeling ignored by our representatives. We "are legally being compelled to stay at home" illegally confined; house arrest. "Makes me so angry, I could throw the phone down
It never had to be like that, a lot is made about Victoria, Australia, without acknowledging that most of Australia didn't do much.
So I'm off to the hairdressers and lunch at the pub.
