It is heart wrenching and lonely. I personally know. Programs like this can be good. But for me the one-step program to-overcome the pain and start to rebuild with my children was when I accepted that only God can truly heal and truly forgives the sins I committed which my children refused to forgive me of. When I told my kids that I was forgiven regardless of how they felt, that shocked them, and after I explained what that meant, they started to view me in a different and positive light. First seek God and accept Jesus as your Savior. Good luck

Haven't spoken to my 28 year old son in over 450 days. I have cried many tears. I have accepted the sutuation. Some things you can't change.

This is a pain that no parent or child should ever have to experience.
