So happy to that you are doing so well! I battled my ed for 8 years. I relapsed in June and was worse than i had ever been. On July 31st my little brother committed suicide. That day was the last day I purged. I don't know exactly what finally clicked in my head, but something clicked and now I'm almost 2 months purge free!
It's so good to see you looking more happy and chill. This is a lot to be proud of because it sounds like a much deeper level of recovery this time. I have a question: when you got to the weight you felt better at, did you deliberately reduce your intake or like how did that go? Do you still monitor your calories and stuff or are you able to eat by how you feel? If so, how did you learn that? Thanks for sharing all of your insights and what you did and learned. xx
Thank you so much for your comment and sweet words!! Currently I'm not counting calories anymore but I roughly estimate that i consume 2500-3000 calories per day to maintain my current weight. Intuitive eating is still difficult for me as I don't have all of my hunger signals back yet, so I rely a lot on eating 3 meals and at least 3 snacks per day :) Hope this is helpful!!!
girl, how did u get there to maintain with those amounts and what's your kind of meal plan? i have ups and downs and i don't think i ever reached my set point bc idk where it is since my ed started with 16 and now i'm 22. thank you! you're gorgeous and i wish u all the best ♥
oh, and I have this problem, like I feel my hair will never be healthy again. I'm recovering since I'm 18 and I still got split ends and brittle hair and I HATE it. I take care of my hair and try to eat enough but it just doesn't get better....
Maybe add a warning about the risk of refeeding syndrome. If you have restricted to very low calories and suddenly increase calories, it can kill someone. You should always do this under a physician's supervision. (You are inspirational with what you did. 😊)

So proud of you! But a little question, but how many calories do you eat in the moment now...? Love from Holland xxx 👍😙
Right now I am maintaining my weight and eating around 2500-3000 calories per day :)
