I bought 7 of them. 1 of them was faulty(disconnects from time to time) from the beginning. Other 6 no problem for second heating season

How loud is that thing? How long batteries last?

Hy. You can hear it if you really listen to it. But it wont woke you up if you are sleeping, if that's what yo're worried about. I have 2 of them in my bedroom and they never woked me up. Batteries last almost whole heating season(about 5 monts). I bought rechargable batteries so I would spare through the years

      Thank you for replying!
Is it true, you need to reprogram (all daily temperature setups) these every time you change batteries?
I found information, that these TRV’s are showing “Low battery” all the time, if used with rechargeable batteries since rechargeables has nominal voltage of 1,2V instead of 1,5v regular alkaline batteries has. Is it true?
