When setting the hinge size it has 2 X 2mm notches, these give you an aperture opening of +4mm. This is to allow for your 16mm guide bush and 12mm cutter 👍
My trend hinge jig came a few days ago and noticed that the trend guide bush that came along with the jig doesn’t fit the makita battery router. Where did you get the guide bush for the router, are you able to give me details?

Whats the difference with the other Trend Hinge jigs like C version vs A version?
Most video has not explained everything about the Hing jig they assume that every one is a carpenter what about the button that slides in and out

What bush is that? As in part no. Have the same router and was told can't get Makia bush for the cordless router. Ended up with the Trend multi-base.
Just look up Makita 16mm guide bush on Amazon or any decent tool shop
