I have heard of this band for years of course, Never listeed to them, I just grouped them in with the rest of Nashvilles grinding pap for the masses...but then I heard them do a song a few days ago...wtf! This band is so much more than a 'country band' that churns out repetitious songs...these guys are always moving upwards, trying new works. They are great! Malo and Perez have hit the creative magic spot that other country 'stars' wish they could find. Malo sings, Perez rocks the licks, the rest of the band bring up the rear and its ALL GOOD !
Best band...Ive been a fan since before the breakup...but didnt see them live. Saw them on their first tour after rejoining and wow...they blew the roof off the Uptown in Napa. 2012. Saw them Knuckleheads KC 2013. L.A. 2016. And, Fond du Lac 2018. Where next is anyone's guess.
It sounds so awesome, how could you not give him the spot light? Just goes to show what an awesome band this is. Every little peace makes the whole band complete.
Mainstream music is corporate. I always feel Mavericks fans know they feel like they are in on the best kept secret. People either know and love The Mavs, or don't know them at all.
@@sabrinan4792 I know.It pisses me off when people say that,if i had a chance to see a band i liked i would rather see them in a smaller setting than in a football stadium,so why wish the worlds best kept secrets out the bag,i don't get it.Yeah they would be richer but we would be poorer for it.
