I hope you liked my Mito Red MitoPRO 1500 X review (the Mito Red MitoPRO 1500+, technically, for the new version). So there's a remote added to the new version, the wavelengths align perfectly, a great price, and more. However, there's not as much improvements as with other product lines so I'm curiuos to see how this panel does in my 2024 comparison series. If you've got any comments, leave them below!

I had a lumbar fusion back in September and my Mito panel got me through it. The first week post-op I stood in front of the panel twice a day for 10 minutes, and have continued to do so but now 10 minutes once a day or every other day. I felt some relief immediately after each treatment. The swelling reduced dramatically after a month and the surgical site looked really good. I also believe it helped with internal healing and fusion. I was a head of the curve for activity after 2 months. #mitoredlight

We just upgraded form our old gen mito pro and this one is way more powerful! Way faster muscle recovery I’m hardly ever sore anymore after training and using this mito light.

Excellent video, Alex, thank you! I was actually too impatient to wait for your review so I already purchased the new mitoX 1500 and I love it! So very happy with it and shocked how quickly I’ve seen results in my skin re wrinkles and my surgical wound!! Despite already purchasing it, I still enjoyed watching this video, lol! Thank you again for doing it and alerting me to it! Oh, and I agree that I love how they grouped the 590 bulbs together for a targeted approach and incidentally, where it hits on my forehead and abdominal surgical wounds is exactly where I’ve seen the greatest results. Isn’t that interesting?

Hi Alex! Would you please consider doing a video on red light therapy for dummies!
There’s a lot of us who are considering red light therapy and the information is overwhelming. I am considering a mask/panel for face as well as joints. Not sure what I need and how long I can use on one body part and two different areas. Is the time divided by two? There’s a lot of us who have basic questions! Your videos are fascinating but need some recommendations for somewhat basic use. Thanks!

After watching too many to count vids on RLT over the past 8 months, Alex's information is top-level. I did read Read Light Therapy by Mark Sloan, quite helpful on use and references. I ordered the Mito Pro 1500XL. No regrets for the 30 days of use @ 2×/day.

Hello from Chicago! Well I watched your 2024 panel comparison and narrowed it down to two! Funny, at the end of this video, you talked about doing a head to head comparison of the two I'm considering!!! Waiting for that video before I pull the trigger! Thank you for all your hard work and information you share!!!

I purchased this panel based on your extensive reviews. Especially for the 590nm wavelength as seen on your blog about it. Not counting on it to cure but any help with dry eyes would be more than welcome. 🙏🏼

When I was in the commercial lighting space about 5 years ago we had to use 590 nm LEDs for exterior and parking lot lighting in areas with large space telescopes. These LEDs were extremely inefficient as opposed to reds and blues which have been perfected over the years. Not surprised to see low output from the amber LEDs.

Hi Alex - Thank you for all the work you do and the information you make available. I purchased a MitoProX 300 (using your code) and it arrived this week. I downloaded the app, but I haven't been able to find information on what the different modes are used for. Is there a cheat sheet available with recommended settings depending on need? What setting do you recommend for anti-aging? I emailed the company but haven't received a response. Thanks!

Hello Alex! I've been going to a spa for rlt. Your videos have been very helpful and educational. I'm on the fence between MitoAdapt 2.0 and a Maysama. I don't believe that you've reviewed the Maysama? Leaning towards the Mito. Not sure about pulsing research, research... Thank you for all your hard work :)

    • @LightTherapyInsiders

Hey, I'm not familar with Maysama, so my vote would have to go to mito red. Though you may want to do a search in our FB group facebook.com/groups/lighttherapyinsiders

@alexfergus Those wall panels look so tiny next to you. Would you say that this 10 inch panel would be wide enough for someone who measures 13 inches shoulder to shoulder and hip to hip?

I have watched about 6 of your videos, including the comparison from all the different brands; I’m torn between the 2 bio 900 panels, the mito red commercial premiere, or the mito adapt mega 2.0…I want the best; what would you recommend? Thanks for all of your hard work!

    • @LightTherapyInsiders
      @LightTherapyInsiders  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey thanks!
Have you also considered Rojo - th-cam.com/video/4GLMXlTnmr4/w-d-xo.html
I guess it depends on how you want to use them? And do you plan on adding more panels later on.
I do like the Commercial Premiere all in one panel, but then the 7 wavelengths in the biomax panel are quite amazing.
Where are you based? If outside of the US then yeah I'd probably go with Rojo. If inside the US then it depends if you want those other wavelengths and the nice control system (Biomax) or the all in one panel (Mito commercial)

great videos! can you share a bit more about how you are testing power output? i know that the solar meters that the companies use to advertise their power are typically overstated, so curious what tools you're using to get your numbers? do you test with a solar meter and then use the calculators which translate those numbers to more closely resemble the third party lab equipment? thanks!!

I'm deciding between (what I think are fairly comparable) MitroPro750X (advantages: dual chip & "half-body",( but narrow) length) and the Platinum Biomax 450 (advantage: wider). Focus is to decrease chronic pain & fatigue from fibromyalgia & osteoarthritis, with target areas of lower back/hip, jaw & gut. Thinking the Mito because the dual chip seems to be a big differentiator?

I’ve been using pulsing 590 nm torch for telomeres and a 590 panel for ocular health and on face for collagen, this is not sufficient to benefit telomeres. The studies show applying to radial artery is necessary for telomeres support.

Hey Alex, I'm torn between this and the Pro +. Would like to buy in the next few weeks. Do you recommend the pro + or this panel in 750? I want to get the most red light I can.

They are both great panels. I like the additional wavelengths included in the x version.

Hey im thinking of buying a tabletop model. My number1 priority is to heal my wrist/knee popping and bones creeking. Im aware of what supplements and better food choices i can make. I want the biomax mainly since i have senditive skin dandruff and scarring my hair also grows very thin and facial hair has too many bald spots. One of my eyes is lazy i think i wanted to see what i can do before my next eye test. For some reason the optometrist says i cant wear contacts. I think i need a panel with powerful infrared wavelengths i can use some recommendations that are in stock. Thanks i have watched the comparisons they are a bit overwhelming.
