One special type spade we use at the inlet outlet nozzles (Spade having hole in centre and small nipple welded in that where we can attach our fittings)
Apne video me kaha ke agar koi tube se leak horaha hai toh use weld kar denge toh jo dusra fluid hai jo nozzle se aya hai woh uske jagah le lega aur andar hi rahega kyuki header side se humne block kardiya hai right

It depends upon the design pressure of the heat exchanger... every heat exchanger having different design pressure and for hydrotest we use 1.5 times of design pressure. For example if design pressure is 50kg/cm² then test pressure will be 75kg/cm².
