You will get stress values from Table 1A in ASME SECTION II PART D for 1 numerical and for second SS316 you can check ASME SA-240 316 GR for value of design stress

Sir, you have mentioned here 2 hr as maximum limit of hydro test but generally in pipeline we do hydro test for 24 hrs.

@@ashutoshgupta8415 I don't why they mentioned that range. I am working in Pressure vessels fabrication and we generally conduct hydrotest for 8 hours for Pressure vessels and minimum 2 hours for storage tank or piping.
