Acer laptop keyboard keys not working ?

Hi when I go to the keyboard drivers menus in device manager there is no ps/2 driver there is only 2 hid drivers and only 5 or so of my keys stopped working overnight

My keyboard file has the one you have but it also ha one called HID keyboard device and I'm wondering if maybe thats the problem??

I am using acer laptop. My laptop is having following keyboard related issues RANDOMLY: (1) ''''''''''''''' BUTTON IS BECOMING ACTIVE RANDOMLY ANY TIME AND THIS PROBLEM PERSISTS UNTILL I AM RESTARTING MY LAPTOP; (2) DOWN BUTTON IS BECOMING ACTIVE ANYTIME WHILE USING MY LAPTOP WHICH IS AUTOMATICALLY DISSAPPEARING AFTER SOME TIME; (3) NONE OF THE BUTTONS ARE WORKING (EITHER EXTERNAL OR INBUILT KEYBOARD) AFTER STARTING MY LAPTOP. Update driver filter keys or regedit 3 methods use kr lie koi solution nhi hua kabhi apne aap krne lagta hai kabhi phir work nhi karta power key krti caps lock sb work krte keyboard section nhi karta phir toh hardware problem bhi nhi honi chaliye

When I go type a letter on my keyboard it automatically deletes that, I think my backspace key is stuck but I am not sure cause my cursor also gets stuck very often while using the touchpad. What should I do ?
