I grab a handful of throttle... My bike wants to stall, hesitates, then accelerates and feels like it's running way tooooo rich. I order most every part of the carb to rebuild, but this video is AWESOME to explain the logic behind it. Great work.

I had to tear down and clean a varnished carb on a '03 Sportster 1200 I bought this week.To be sure I had all passages clean,I pulled the brass tube on the bowl(that you have fun squirting through, lol) and found what looks like a small float needle in there. In your videos,I don't see you pull this tube but it sure looks like a place that could be overlooked and stop up with crud.I'm wondering what the result would be if the needle sticks?Could it cause the pump to stop? Thanks for sharing these videos!

After watching the video the instruction enabled me to repair my carb. The accelerator pump rod was stuck thus poor throttle response. Was going to take the carb to a shop but thanks to your instruction it is as good as gold. I was so impressed with the quality of your instruction I subscribed before examining the carb. Has it figured out in minutes, and the bike running mint within 20 minutes of wrenching. What a time and money saver. You are the man!

Hey man, love the videos, you just do an excelente job, I have a little issue with my new FCR33 carb, it idles good and when i accelerate from bottom to top (on neutral) it seems good, but when i go to ride, it stumbles at mid rpms (half throttle), it goes like ta...tatata...tata..tata..., Then I keep accelerating at full throttle and the stumble disappears, and runs ok on top of acceleration. I changed the needles 45 Pilot jet, 145 Main jet (still smells lot of gas burned and black spark plug) and it keeps stumbling at mid acceleration. It only happens when I go to ride, but not on neutral. Please i'll appreciate your comments.
