Located on Second Road in Pattaya City, opposite Central Festival, the markets are open from early morning until late at night. With approximately 250 stalls selling clothes, jewellery, travel items, & much more, you are bound to find what you are looking for at a good price.
Tree Town is located nearby, located just off Soi Buakhao, with a variety of food vendors & bars.

There are people around, but not super busy. Yes, quite a few Chinese & Indian, as well as Russians.
