The spring tension from the magazine pushing on the bolt lock with the bolt forward is allowing the magazine to jet out. With the bolt locked back the magazine unfortunately will not jet out, the magazine would need to be redesigned to allow more compression of the magazine spring than what is needed to move the locking tab up. Outside of this not a major issue on the aluminum lowers that are available as holding gun level with the ground to a slight upward angle will still allow the magazine to "fall out" but still can get snagged if you adjust the gun to a certain angle
I already bought a factory SBR last year I am waiting on the tax stamp for. So I guess I am stuck with that one. LOL! Thanks for the information though.
i wish there was an aftermarket device you could add to the bolt release like a little L bracket that would stick out a little to give your finger a little more leverage to send the bolt home. A button would be nice, but I'm not going to hold my breath
Thanks a lot for this detailed report. I really appreciate this, because I´m also thinking about buying one. Thus, it´s really important for me, that all types of ammunition run smooth. It was good to see that you tested the SPC with different types of hollow points. [Btw: I´m aware of your earlier videos / experiences regarding this topic at the GHM9.] Please, let me know if you also tested with the SPC9 here other types of flat nose ammo, like Geco Hexagon, wadcutter (for paper shooting), ... and other defensive ammo .., where the "tip" is flat (i.e. more flat then just hollow point) ?
Would you get the recessed tri lug verion if you could find one? For rarity, or rhe newer one for versatility?. I can't have a supressor so Im in the fence. Some of these are still floating around.
Good morning, Jason, I am fairly gobsmacked, I couldn't keep up with the number of abbreviations you rattled off. I will just sit here with my tongue hanging out. And when you finish, I may need a LLD [little lie down] Cheers, from officially confused

Glad to be subscribed from Columbus , Ohio .
Thank you. It means a lot
They currently have a limited run of the SPC9 PDW in Coyote Tan and FDE. Looks good with the matching Aimpoint Acro P-2 and mount.

I agree. I do wish they had extended controls.

@@thetexasgunvault Love your videos ! black is always sexy
who's iron sights are you using there?
The owner of this pistol.
I just seen Jaegerz999 do a reel with this weapon. So cool you did a range report on it!
Thank you! It is a great gun
APC 9 pro or SPC 9?
I would choose the original... the APC. But it is a tough choice!

I got the recessed on. I think it is just different and interesting.
@@thetexasgunvault I agree.
I just found one after bidding on a newer version. We will see how the cards fall.
What brand apc mag/sleeve pads are those?
I am not 100% sure. I no longer have it in on review.

I forgot but I don't like it.
Looks like a Elftmann flat trigger ! @thetexasgunvault why you didn’t like it
