Sir, the explanation looks good. but the second option is unclear because I did not invest in 2022 and will begin only on March 31, 2023. It will provide the same level of interest as your first option. Why should I consider 2022 in this case?

1. What will be the interest for the loan from ppf account and is there any restriction to make partpayment or repayment.
2. The existing intetest percentage is 7.1, is it likely to reduce or what's the trend all these years. Becos this calculation of final maturity is only based on today's rate of interest na.

It doesn't matter where you open PPF account, post office or banks, both gives you same benefits. Since PPF is the government scheme, govt. authorized banks along with post office to extend the PPF service to the public.

I have a small doubt. Is there we have to mention any specific amount for a financial year while we declare a form.. for example can I be able to pay like below
2023 - 2024= 50k, 2024 - 2025= 60k, 2025 - 2026= 80k
Yeah, you can pay the way you want. It is possible in PPF scheme.
