@@97MRALIGCompared to what you’re doing it’s not mate it’s a really bad job this unless you’re doing it with your own van you’ll just get loaded with too many packages and you’ll always spend 10-12 hours everyday minimum at work and you can’t say anything as it’s by the day not per hour. Still a doable job but in my opinion you’re better off there
My depot is DBI2 in Birmingham and the city centre routes are a bit of a nightmare but the normal residential ones are OK it's the same as any other job you have to take the good with the bad but yh if you've already got a decent stable job stay there as the amount of people I've saw start amazon and leave within 2 to 3 weeks is unbelievable
Mannnn I relate to this video so much today lol, just had the same shift bad unorganised start rough few hours and then ended up shifting the mood completely and getting quite ahead it's such swings and round abouts of emotions this job. Plus every dog on the estate barking at you I swear I start barking back without realising.
I feel every bit of pain mate 😂 I bought 3 fones before I found one that works good with the app and has a big enough battery 🎉 I still have to go into flight mode to sort out the location pins tho sometimes. Usually when one thing goes wrong another thing does 😂

Good to see you have warnings on your app about addresses with dogs. The well known delivery company i work for told me it would take years to incorporate into our system when i asked about them doing it
I never open a door to leave parcel inside , POD should be without the label being visible. I never keep any parcels in front cabin , all parcels are in the back and I exit vehicle on side door after I check side mirror for incoming vehicles. When I open a bag I organise all parcels by driver aid number so when I get to the address all I need to know is the driver aid number and I find parcels immediately as they go in sequence so I never look for parcels. I load bags from back to front so I deliver from front to back while on overflow I write the driver aid number on them if they’re many otherwise I just put the yellow label in a way I can see it from a glance. I use my own iPhone to deliver which is extremely quick to scan and go through app I find the job to be quite easy and I never run as I take my time

That’s the one thing I hated when I used to work at Amazon, they would tell us to come for 8 ( us thinking we would get started early) but then started at 10 and then wouldn’t be done until 7/8pm then would have to travel home so it was a piss take… couldn’t do that now as I have a daughter, but you never fail to work mate so keep up the grind and I wish you best

do you not think its a bit of a waste of talent to do amazon/ebay etc? just feels like a waste of time vs a sales job or learning a valuable skill to me it just seems like a distraction and i doubt ebay will ever go above a few thousand a month vs sales with unlimited potential
im not hating on hard work or normal jobs but and its ofc good for videos etc but i definitely think if you just started a business doing literally anything you would have better engagement + higher potential and higher cpm

you make 125 a day at christmas? my base pay on normal days was around that. crazy different areas affect pay. christmas 150-170 for me
