A real classic one is when David and Stevie are sitting outside the house that Patrick was hoping to buy. In an effort to comfort David, Stevie wraps her arm around David as he weeps. It’s such a touching moment that really grabs you, and then while still crying, David asks Stevie if she used deodorant. OMG, true talent to take the viewer from crying to rolling on the floor laughing in a matter of seconds.
I cried so hard... then laughed... then cried again. Dan Levy is BEYOND brilliant.

EVERYTHING he says makes me laugh. In fact, he could read the phone book in that character and I would laugh. It's the face, the eyes, the body movements.... everything is funny. I can't get enough of this adorable guy!!

I just finished my binge watch of Schitt's Creek today. When I first heard people talking about it, I thought what is the big deal? But from episode one I was hooked. I am so thankful that Daniel and Eugene Levy used their brilliant minds to create this world for us. I have honestly never cried (happy and sad) tears so much through a series finally. But I felt like I was saying goodbye to my family. In a real world that is so full of troubling times, I'm thankful for this world and this family to get me through. Looks like I will be rewatching time and time again. As for my favorite David quote.....I just love the whole package....how can you pick just one? Daniel Levy and the Schitt's Creek crew....You're simply the best!

I’ve never liked a show as much as Schitt’s Creek.
I’ve never felt as safe as when I’m in its world.
I’ve never known love as free to grow as when I’m watching it.
It’s not been an easy few months for any of us, but knowing that it will always be there for us makes everything ok.
Thanks to Dan, Eugene and all the cast, crew and writers for creating this perfect gem of a show that has shown us how beautiful the world could be. We will forever be indebted to them for the joy they have given us in 22 minute segments and I wish them nothing but the best of luck with all future endeavours.
The decision to make Schitt’s Creek a homophobia and bigotry free zone was a huge paradigm shift. It modelled how beautiful it would be to live in a place where David’s Pansexuality, Patrick being Gay, Ronnie being a Lesbian and Jake being Bi/Poly/Hedonistic are what they are and didn’t need an anxiety ridden episode where it was discussed and then accepted.
Dan will never truly understand what he has given us or how much this beautiful creation has meant to us.
I have never laughed or loved harder than when I have been watching Schitt’s Creek, the characters are hilarious but heartfelt, they learn and grow throughout the 6 seasons and we grew and learned to be a family as well as love with them.
I have never happy cried more. This series is perfection. I really hope families watch this together and learn about acceptance and love.

I was/am obsessed with David and Patrick! Never before have I invested so much emotion and happy tears into a couple’s fictional love story - just stellar writing and performances.

Episode where he shoots a turkey and Moira gets her hair done "Jocelyn Style"... He wants to know what happened to Moira and she explains about the hair and asks, "What's your excuse?" as he's sitting on the bed wearing head to toe camo and leaves. His reply: "Oh, I shot a bird in the neck today. It was an indelible image I had scarred in my mind until I saw what was happening up there with you... thank you." It's not even just the quote but all his facial expressions and gestures during the scene that make me die laughing every time.
Dan Levy trying not to laugh in that scene is hilarious. I think he was genuinely trying to hold it together.

I'm glad #1 was David's wine monologue. I couldn't agree with MojoRebecca more! Dan Levy's writing on this show is PERFECT! The show was heavily underrated, but I'm glad it FINALLY got the recognition it deserves in the last 2 seasons. Congrats to the cast and team on FINALLY winning multiple Emmys! Well deserved!!! 👏🏽

My FAVORITE David moment is when he tells his family, "I don't think I'm finished here." Because he and Patrick get that sweet little cottage that reminds him of a Kate Winslet film. And the way Patrick proposed was just. The rings. Ugh. I've seen the series no joke 20 times and I always choke up at 'those' moments because they are so real and raw and human.
The love and respect between mr and mrs rose are incredible !!
