Can You Beat Pokémon Crystal When Each Move Can Only Be Used Once?

  • After every single battle, versus trainers or wild Pokémon, any moves used are removed from the game. They're no longer available to use. Under those strict conditions, how far can you possibly make it in Pokémon Crystal? Can you beat the whole game?
    This challenge has consumed me for an embarrassingly long time. Finally, it's over. Thanks for watching!

      Yeah, it seems like the correlation between quality of video/challenge and number of views is very weak. This video is pretty much perfect imo (interesting/difficult challenge, good narration etc), definitely deserves more views. I'd sooner be looking up marketing/SEO strats than give up on this kind of content because it's definitely great quality

      @kehlva8092 3 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      @@loulou3676 I'll be honest, I think the last one got a low reception probably has more to do with the offhand comment made earlier on about how the run petered out at the second gym. It makes sense to me that *that* one wouldn't pull many viewers, whereas this, a game that goes a much longer distance, would.

    I wish you would make more of these! I don’t think they’re unpopular, I think TH-cam’s algorithm is finicky. Love your channel, incredibly underrated, you are one of my favorite Poketubers

    In the national park bug contest, there's a blue haired guy named Nick, he is programmed to catch either Schyter or Pinsir, he's not guarantied to appear, but if he does, you almost can't win

    you know i usually dont like these "can you beat" videos but this was entertaining and exciting from the start cause on every battle it feels like "yeah no chance he'll find a way around that" would be nice to see that in every region.
    new viewer btw so you did pull at least 1 new viewer here :D

    This was seriously impressive from start to finish, and I thoroughly enjoyed both this and the first one! I understand why you wouldn't wanna continue this challenge going forward, but it's really unique and you've blown me away by managing to beat smash Crystal this handily with a crazy limitation like this!

    I'm surprised that this series isn't doing better than it is. I've never seen your channel before, but I knew that I wanted to watch this just from the title.
