Osho has commented on it in his Book of the Secrets chapter 63. The Sutra goes: "Touching Eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into heart and there permeates the cosmos." If you manage a balanced touch you are INSTANTLY Blown Away. You dont know what happened but you come back refreshed. Maybe the experience itself is 0,0001 sec of duration. But you are completely reborn. Its in a way very easy technique and works. I tried it.

Yes, but that is only because you look from the center or ego. Everything looks separate. But can you observe the I am feeling too ? Can you be aware that you are aware ? Test it see what happens. Infinite Love.

The stillness of the mind appears without movement, but it is, in a way, a movement of something timeless. It's the apparent stillness of a spinning top toy. It is so rapidly moving that it seems to not be moving. Thoughts are just the waves on the surface of the mind. In the depths, there are still the currents and flow of the subconscious. Without thought, you can still function in the world just fine. It is not some mystical, strange thing. You won't start bumping into things or become a vegetable. You might notice, however, that many of the things the body does are done automatically, mechanically. Once thinking comes to an end, your habits and automatic responses may fade away as you move with awareness. That is what was meant by "the unconditioned", your conditioning falls away. Don't take my word for it. Experiment and see for yourself. There are times throughout the day when you are doing something without thinking about doing it. You just have to pay close attention. 🙏😊
