    Cold Showers have really changed my life, it has taught me to just go for it. It trains you to do things that are uncomfortable and that’s what I like about it.

      I needed this. Been jobless since graduating uni 5 years ago. I had 3 job interviews but didn't go well. I'm currently learning 3 languages and trying to lose weight and continuing my job search. I hope things get better for me. This is the best I could do.

    I am trying to master a habit of hitting the gym at 6am and I'm 2 weeks into my 3 weeks of making it.
    And you've reinforced my belief about social media. I have now put in some controls to limit my time on it.
    As for hanging out with the right people, you have contributed to me being picky about who I hang with. I will remove people from my life if they're bringing me down in any way. Regardless of the guilt or weather they're a family member.

    Getting up early every morning, and watching the sunrise for 5 minutes while I have my coffee. It's truly enlightening, it helps me appreciate the little things while emphasizing that time is too valuable to waste.

    I have never been a morning person but now since I am living in a hilly region, morning routine is the only way... And yeah, so far I m loving it..
    Though nature can be harsh at times.. We are nothing compared to this nature and yeah, hills are gem..

    Having read Maxwell Maltz’s book Psycho-Cybernetics 10 years ago changed my life in every area. I am literally the final habit. I’m 50 yo but look 35 because I’m so happy all the time. Trust me, happiness is THE magnet for many things great! Thanks Maxwell!

    I do the habit of humble self-awareness. Example: If today was the last day of my life, would I want to stay the same and live a sad life? Or do I want to change something, in my life, and say to myself, " (My name-not Paris), you did good! And I am so proud of you to change that! Now, look at your wonderful life! It's great!" Then, if I did indeed changed something in my waking life, I'd give myself a treat or pat on the back :)

    Before watching here are some of mine: 1 do sports (any kind really, just be physically active on regular bases). 2 educate yourself all youre life (school is a bad way to go IMO). 3 save at least 10% of income and invest it. 4 meditation. 5 dont eat processed foods. 6 dont watch TV (especially the "news"). 7 dont be afraid to fail ( you cant be scared of taking risk or making decisions). 8 be positive and happy ( happy and positive people are more likely to see/attract happy and positive things in their lives). 9 with money and bussiness you should be very cold and calculated. Dont let emotions cloud your judgement. All of this worked wonders for me in the long term. Good luck aluxers 👍

    “Okay, maybe the cat stretches and then goes back to sleep.” That’s exactly why I stayed in bed for an extra hour today, I was dealing with two very snuggly kittens! It’s a beach day today though and I still did some morning yoga so it was worth it today.

    About #6 - Why think about people as losers? It's negative and judging. As long as you feel great, it will be good. You talk about beeing happy with what you have. A good friend is a good friend, even if that person is not on the same level or path. Why not grab your friend and help he/she to the same level? It will give you a boost and a true companion that will do anything for you. You will see if it was worth it, just go on if it wasn't. If you count happiness in money and time it will make you lonely and without purpose. I know this from my life story. Maybe you don't agree, but maybe you will some day. Life can hit us hard. Caring, a fundamental thinking in religions and working society. If we stop caring, it will be the worst society.

    Stop breathing out of your mouth. Only through the nose. Truly changed my life. Posture was fixed and 20 years of anxiety went away. Look up a man named James Nestor book is called breath just came out. I am a veteran and every problem I have had has gone away. It’s hard but keep trying!!! You will get it!

    I love that I practice a lot of these already.
    One thing I learned (I think on Queer Eye) is to compliment someone when they look good, especially men. I mean we all know the hyenas in the firs bathroom but “bros” don’t tend to compliment one another, let alone themselves.
    That being said I love the cheesy smiles guys give you when you say compliment. It’s worth it.

    I do some stretches every morning before getting out of bed and my wife and I do more stretching exercises 3 time per week. I also like to go hiking in the cooler months here in Florida. I get exercise and I don't see it as work!

    So beautiful!...added to these awesome nuggets...I practice posting positive messages on my social media each day...such as after work out photos, aulux video links, my thoughts of gratitude, excepts from books I’m reading etc. I feel this adds value to my life...and seeds of awesomeness in the world!🙌💕🙏🇺🇸😎

    I meditate every single morning and practice gratitude even though I'm unemployed and in debt. I am grateful for all the things that have happened to me (good or bad) because this is what has lead me to be who I am and whatever happened to me, someone else is less fortunate than me. That's why I am grateful.
