This was very enjoyable to watch with my morning coffee. Did you find a rug you liked? the orange & black one you touched 30:45 caught my eye, very nice for the tent for the winter on a dull cold day. It was hard to see from the video if it was one carpet of 2 colours or 2 separate carpets.
Thank you for your comment, I did pick up a beautiful,locally made cotton rug in earthy tones. I agree that if the tent was to stay up during the winter, warmer colours would be great. I’m concerned about the level of humidity that we have here during that season, and how that may affect the canvas.
@@Joaquim_Conde you will want a dehumidifier for the tent and air it out every day. Do a check everyday for mould or mildew and take care of it right away - same with army tents. Maintenance is key and they will last at least 3 years in the worst conditions with only generators for power. The outside can be treated with products for combating mould and mildew. it is a necessary process even to keep it water tight.

Just put a big heater wood burner to keep it dry.
