Some medical researchers have found a correlation between sudden cardiac arrests after covid-19 vaccination shots. Note that not everyone who are vaccinated ends up getting a cardiac related problems. In 2016 I fell down with sudden cardiac arrest and saved in time with a stent in my heart. All info is good, but sorry I can't accept that steroids don't increase weight permenantly. I was 50Kg during my college days and when I started working, I had to take steroids due to Rhemoutoid Arthritis. Just in a month, more than 10Kg of weight increased and it continued to increase slowly throughout the years. The steroid tables increases appettite and increases weight permenantly. We can reduce it through diet and excerise, but it won't reduce automatically.
But this weight gain is nothing compared to the pain I felt due to Rhemoutoid Arthritis. So I don't regret taking the steroid tables, but people should know about the side effects properly.
S. I'm also using prednisilone 10 mg for vasculitus. I gained weight 10 kg

Please dont take steroid inhaler (foracort) for Asthma for long duration. I had been taking Foracort inhaler for about 15years and now diagnosed with Oesteoporosis. Plz google about Foracort and Oesteoporosis. Though taken in inhalation form, it has side effects. I am under treatment of Oesteoporosis. The biggest problem is most people dont know that their bone density is reducing unless they have fracture. I have other problems like Diffuse Gastritis and IBS. I m on very selective vegan diet for years which may also have accounted for Oesteoporosis. But long duration inhalation of Steroid inhaler leads to low bone density. Plz google. Gud yoga and supporting Siddha or Ayurveda can help.
