the funny thing is he didn't even need to raigeki the field as toon summoned skull could have just attacked directly for game. But I agree with deity93 that he put in a bunch of op cards that were never in any of the Pegasus decks

That isn't the OCG Pegasus Structure Deck. The structure deck doesn't have 2 Toon Goblin Attack Force cards.
And Structure decks shouldn't be allowed. Structure decks are significantly stronger than Starter decks. Structure decks actually have a fair bit of strategy behind them. The Kaiba Structure Deck was designed around the Cyberstein Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon OTK. And the Yugi Structure Deck had a fair bit of support for getting out Valkyrion the Magna Warrior.
Azneyes got rigged. I remember getting all the structured decks for Yugi, Kaiba, Joey and Pegasus. And I can assure, toon gemini, toon goblin and toon sorcerer mask did not come with the structured deck. I'm not even sure if it existed when the structured decks were first released, it probably did but those did not come with Pegasus deck.

You are correct Azn. Jounouchi's structure deck did come with Jinzo. Common I mind you. Same with Kaiba coming with a common Crush Card Virus. Anyone, pro deck man. I would like to play you with my Kaiba Structure one day :P

Azneyes tourney of 2013: any structure deck for the anime before 5Ds is legal. You can use the cards given on the wikia and make a deck out of them. Sound good?

thats ONLY for "quick play" spells you can activate norm, cont, equip ect on the turn they are set

actually if a spell is set then it is therefore treated as a trap card and cannot be activated till next turn
yes it is, is not however the Pegasus Starter deck, which came out in TCG - Pegasus's Structure deck is OCG

Shine place was released with the Pegasus Structure deck released in japan back in 2002 along with the rest of the cards he used lol
I remember seeing once Joey's and Marik's OCG structure decks time ago, Marik's OCG is actually better than the one we got with gravekeepers and Jinzo came in the Joey's one though

You can normal summon Toon Gemini Elf - every time new a new group of Toons are released their effects are different.
Yes, it is the Pegasus STRUCTURE deck that was NOT released in America. What America got was a STARTER deck, with different cards. By the looks of this video, a LOT of Toon support, which is awesome. However, he seems to be using the Yugi STARTER deck.
I had both Yugi and Peg Starter decks when I was younger. Not hating, just informing. Sorry if I come off too aggressively.
your right, shine palace, along with toon masked sorcerer, toon gemini elf, and toon goblin attack force; not to mention toon dark magician girl didnt come in the structure deck, i think the monsters were actually Jump exclusives first
With Last Will, I had special summoned Mystical Elf and used the book of mystic arts, 2300 def, so Rough Doll can't get over it.
So yea, the cards he used were some of the cards Pegasus used in the anime but this was not the English structure/Starter Deck build for Pegasus!

why would they make toon monsters semi-nomi? they're hard enough to get out, why make them only accessable from your hand? i want a boss card i can foolish then call of the haunt like the dark world and fire king decks, but attack your lifepoints directly other than blow up your field. is that too much to ask?

Also, in the structure deck, there was no Toon-Gemini Elf nor a Toon-Goblin Attack Force.

Shine Palace is a really old card, its from 2005 i think. But you are right. He did cheat. he had 2x toon goblin attack force.

To those insisting he cheated, the guy was using the OCG Deck.. which actually has those cards. Though I know it does NOT contain two Toon Goblin Attack Forces. Whether he/she was aware of this I have no clue, but who knows.

he still had x2 of cards, maybe even 3x. It only has 1x in the deck Structure, and the OCG is so OP it has sangan, Witch of the Black Forest, Magician of Faith, Mystic Tomato, Raigeki, and more!

Its japan's version of yu gi oh, there is a diferent ban list and and some diferent cards, I think.
This isn't Pegasus's structure deck. It was the first Structure deck I got and it didn't have those toon monsters.

I think you misplayed, because you set last will and then activated it the same turn, unless you're going by the show rules, then you all good.
