@@jennydannyp7229 You own the home you can have any dog you want. The community is actually dog friendly. Probably half of the community are dog owner. Many parks around the area. No HOA except the gated ones.

@@t3d351 Hello, Unfortunately No. We were told that no changes can be made until after key turnover which you have to do out of pocket according to the builder’s agent. Funny though someone we knew said that they were able to select the color that they want but I believe it was untrue.
