It reminds me of The Palms Jumeriah in Dubai back in 2008 financial crisis. It took more than 7 years for that development to regain back its glory, and that's is Dubai. The financial crisis affecting global economy then was not as bad as this Covid-19 pandemic. With the current over hanging of some 30,000 properties in JB, plus many more approved but yet to develop projects, and the recent MM2H requirements, its hard to imagine the recovery can be within 7 years. It will be a buyer's market with good bargains in abundance for those with can afford it.
The only thing missing is a cruise ship terminal to bring people from elsewhere in the world to the project and to be able to see how amazing Malaysia is
Wow!! It's so green. Now if they could just start transitioning to renewable energy and plant more trees on the rooftop and wrap the buildings in climber plants, this would be the real urban jungle! I'd love to live there. Also, although it's going to be very costly, I wish they'd make their own subway system connecting each building so people dont have to use cars around.
Harap2 bandar ni pedestrian & cycle friendly. Bukannya car centric. Also tanam lebih banyak pokok and ada open space. Bukan 'forest city' pada nama saja.
Ones the plants on the building grows,it will look alot better but I'm concerned if it could cause a mosquito issue since this happened in China, anyway such a beautiful project
Semoga orang Malaysia kaya-kaya dan boleh beli unit di sini…🤲🏼… bukan orang luar…😂😂😂
🍀안녕하세요 Hello my friend.👍👍🍀I think the buildings are much nicer than Dubai or Singapore

Malaysian towers are not just tall. They are more beautiful compared to the design of sky scrapers in Singapore. They look elegant and sleek.
Such a beautiful city! I hope this project will be successful.
