One of the bottom pulley is not turnimg. The one bottom by the water oump. Not rotating after belt was put on. I dont know what it could be
Maybe that pulley just wants a day off! Jokes aside, take a closer look to see if there's any obstruction or misalignment causing the issue.

Is it a timing belt or a serpentine belt? I tried looking if they were the same and I got that they were separate.

If you don't know the difference, you probably shouldn't be doing the work without having someone experienced with you. This is a video for serpentine belt replacement and this car doesn't have a timing belt, it has a timing chain.

BRO STILL MOUNT THE BELT ON ITS TRAK AT THE ALTERNATOR PULLEY AND CHECK THAT OIL MESS🤔
And I sprayed some brake cleaner on those pulleys, ended up shiny.
