Tostones (plantain) with Flavor

Cooking guide to frying plantain to make tostones. I add seasoning using Goya Adobo. You can use other seasonings if preferred.

How hard or crunchy are those? I prefer eating bite size.

They are crunchy but you can take them out the frying pan before they start browning.
