RED PANDA! One Time When Vimlark Was Streaming "Drawing Custom Items For Stream Avatars" He Asked Chat For Items To Make, And I Suggested "Red Panda" My Dream Has (sorta) Came True
Great behind the scenes! And a cute game ideed, well done! I particularly love all those characters running at the bottom of the screen. They're awesome and bring an extra layer of life to your streams!
Wish I could have been there more for the creation of it, but it looks really good! Nice to see somebody else has the same interest in among us as me haha
I just made my first game this last week. It's nothing special, but I'm super proud of creating something and you've been such a huge inspiration for me. Thank you for sharing your work with us, it means a lot1
The task system was actually something that I've myself been curious about and I tried to design custom ones cause I thought it may be fun Also I'm really happy that it blew up just due to the devs behind it they deserved it
Nice work! I love the art for the game, that always seems to be your strongest point! Also I think it just tends to be a general thing with jams to overscope 😅
I just found your channel and watched the video on how you started coding without experience. I recently just started a STEM class and I'm learning coding. I like your channel and if I figure it out maybe I can code a game too! Keep up the good work!
Like, if the story was that the sub was attacked, and other members of the crew died or they're stuck or something, and you're just this ensign or whatever, and then the captain is reading how to fix the sub from a crappy manual, that would fit really nicely. Then he can just say, 'Uhh, next you have to release one of the pressure valves. Don't know which one, but looks like a great big cluckin' lever'
The problem with these videos is that theyre all over the place and we have no idea what to think about what is the current thing that's happening and what it means (Like, at the beginning its quick explanation then randomly going deeper then the making starts out of nowhere then more jam info for some reason)
Imagine if this was a multiplayer game, like 1v4 or something where the solo player plays the octopus, trying to take down the sub, meanwhile the other 4 players have to run around the ship fixing a bunch of stuff while also dodging and directing attacks back. Would be tons of fun IMO.
This is really inspiring! wonder what other kinds of games could be made on a similar "tasks" kinda way, like what if you're a housewife/husband doing household chores on a time limit or something, now i really wanna create my own game.
I would like to see some tiny squid monsters that attack you to give a little more variability to the time you have to manage because it seems to be constant in the amount of time you have left when you are done
Dude you’re making me wanna get back into coding cuz I feel like game jams are the best way cuz it’s like a race sometimes sitting there coding gets boring
You made the game for the game jam and you submitted the game and then a few days(weeks) after, the video was made right? i played the game before the video thats why :)
Dude I played this before the video and I was like wow I guess I missed a video but nice game! However it was a little hard at the end and I was confused on what to do
If you go back polish it and add replayability with varying task ect and made it amoung us styl multi-player mode but the current setting being default id be really cool

Ideed!
Wish I could have been there more for the creation of it, but it looks really good! Nice to see somebody else has the same interest in among us as me haha
I think that bone octopus is a really hilarious Idea
I played the first version and the newer one definitely looks a lot more polished! Great job!
Lol I was just binging all your vids and now there’s a new one! Awesome!
This channel is perfect binge content.
Same!
I was in the same boat 2 weeks ago!
I just made my first game this last week. It's nothing special, but I'm super proud of creating something and you've been such a huge inspiration for me. Thank you for sharing your work with us, it means a lot1
Running around and doing tasks is my favorite part of among us. This is awesome!
The task system was actually something that I've myself been curious about and I tried to design custom ones cause I thought it may be fun
Also I'm really happy that it blew up just due to the devs behind it
they deserved it
Great work! Even thought scope creep was a thing still looks and plays great!
Nice work! I love the art for the game, that always seems to be your strongest point!
Also I think it just tends to be a general thing with jams to overscope 😅
Whoa, looks like your streams got a lot bussier to when I last watched one, congrats dude.
Damn, this one looks so nice. Love the art.
"Hey there how's it going... I feel like I say this every video..."
Yea man, it's your greeting ;)
It's incredible how much you are able to do in such a short amount of time. Love the video😁

It's awesome to see you go back and give it the appropriate polish.

And finally I have been missing you
You should try his streams!
He's very active on Twitch, it's very cool
@@transgenderhera sadly, he usually streams when I'm asleep. ;-;
You make some amazing games, great job.
Nice background music from Anno "Like That" at least its no copyright
YES! YES! EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED THANK YOU VIMLARK
What's the music for the title screen called? Its like the escapist 2 main theme
Its also a bop.
In my mind you are the most wholesome youthber ever
I’d like to see you make a second version of this game
This is really inspiring! wonder what other kinds of games could be made on a similar "tasks" kinda way, like what if you're a housewife/husband doing household chores on a time limit or something, now i really wanna create my own game.
I loved the game! congratulations man! Well done!
I love your videos vimlark, you got another sub :)
i get it
So glad YT recommended your video. Subbed.
Yes, maybe i will playe Fix the Sub
A greart day. 10 amazing channels updated today. Very nice day
the art work is amazing!
8:54 Do “krakens” have bones tho? Octopus don’t have bones
What engine did you make this in? I am blown away by how quickly you get these games together...
*Achievement Unlocked*
Me: Nice
My brain: *Taking Inventory*
I’ve been waiting for this! Keep up the good work :)
I would like to see some tiny squid monsters that attack you to give a little more variability to the time you have to manage because it seems to be constant in the amount of time you have left when you are done
I love your Games, you are so great!
omg, you almost have 50k subs.... I first saw your vids when you only had about 2k, congrats on the success
Same!
2k club!
Focusing on the task system was not what I'd expect in an Among-Us-inspired game, but it's neat.
Do you use a custom palette for this game or a premade one? Are they on lospec?
Your game's description calls the game jam the Crudle game jam, not the Curdle game jam.
This is a really cool game
Dude you’re making me wanna get back into coding cuz I feel like game jams are the best way cuz it’s like a race sometimes sitting there coding gets boring
"Worn Thin"
oh, so among us itself would work
You made the game for the game jam and you submitted the game and then a few days(weeks) after, the video was made right? i played the game before the video thats why :)
I love your videos so much! Do you edit them yourself?
This is a sweet game bro
Mr red panda is looking extra cute
THE GOAT UPLOADED!!!!
No he’s a sheep
@@amelia4384 Nah, he is monke
The messiah has risen!
Next time you should try to make a mobile game. A different UI type would be a challenge.
Irrelevant question: what are your thoughts on the gdevelop game engine?
GDevelop gang 💪
Are you going to do the brackets jam?
Can you give a download for a Unity version of the project so I can polish it for you?
That red panda is looking sus
Bruh I've been making games but I always just stop and never touch it again what should I do about it
Yeah, its a nice little game
wait, but how did he make the game playable on itch. ive tried and it didn't work
cool I like the game idea!
Yay a nother video i mist you so much
really awesome work ! :]
Imagine you had to keep on doing the tasks on a timer and if one the timers ran out you lose
That wouldn’t make sense, but it would be cool if you don’t fix the pipe in time, the ship will start flooding
Great game, I really liked it!
Kudos to those who finished the game before the video
OMG MY NAME IS IN A VIMLARK VIDEOOOOO o.O AAAAAAUAUURNRBRBRHHHGGG *chokes in foaming saliva*
Just saying my friend RedPandaInASuitLive smiled watching this
Dude I played this before the video and I was like wow I guess I missed a video but nice game! However it was a little hard at the end and I was confused on what to do
Can you do the 7drl? I think it's coming up!
We are in a yellow submarine!
I didn't even realize I played your game I found it on freewebarcade
Ok its now official you are addicted to game jams lol
For higher resolution art you should make something low resolution and then resize the sprite. It works well on aseprite
Nice Game Mate!
this is so cool :D
2:37 y'all. It's ailurus. Pog.
I knew what your first 3 sentences were lol
awesome game ! and maybe you do have a bit of a game jam...xD
Before you update the game the first thing I saw was the O2 bar
This video would have blown up, but you are at least half a year late...
What engine do you use?
When the imposter is sus!
The game is amazing
Does anyone know what sprite size he uses?
It would be amazing if this was multiplayer ahaha
That would be too hard to make and most likely not needed
Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees
I absolutely love red pandas
When do you stream?
If you go back polish it and add replayability with varying task ect and made it amoung us styl multi-player mode but the current setting being default id be really cool
speedruns the game
Great video!
Awesome game.....and it's cluckin addictive. After three tries I finally save the sub.
I really want to host a game jam but thars no way I can get more than 1 person!
ah yeah its that time again
Nice vid

3M views right there
What language was used to develop this game???
