I just got the Rockwedge lights and I'm going to use myDMX go and this video helped me a lot! Thanks man. You can get the Donner as either plug-in or with a rechargeable battery (the price difference was about $40 for a pack of 8). That is what I got. The transmitters will always have to be plugged in, I've looked at a bunch at the transmitter always has to be plugged in probably because it has to get the signal out, I don't know. Great video, very helpful!
Any tips on getting the remote to work better? They have new batteries and stuff but which side is it best to point it at. Seems like kind of pointing it at the top from above works best. Is one of the sides more set up to receive the signal? And sometimes there is a delay with all the lights catching up when in Master Slave mode. Usually a few seconds only if it doesn't at all but it does happen somewhat regularly. Sometimes there's a delay and a couple of them shut off for a couple seconds and then they all switched to the same color. This is with six of them and only about three feet apart from each other in a line. Any tips appreciated!
Why do the wedges go to a different DMX channel. Not by much, but go down one channel. For example from 115 to 114. On it's own. Any suggestions? I'm using the DMX go
For now yes. I tried them out a couple of days ago. And they sort of disconnect from the mydmxgo. I have to reset the lights. Also on the my DMX go what do the buttons on top of the interface do? Am I supposed to do something with that part?

Did u flip the red switch on.. 😳 They have 2 switches. 1 swith for the power to turn on and off the lights and another switch (red) to charge the battery.
@@steadymanos I've tried everything but I was only able to use them with the power cord. I saw a video on TH-cam where this guy had the same problem a few times...he ordered 15 lights or so. And he kept having issues so I just wanted to see if others had the same problem.
Tonight I'll test the lights to see how long they last. I'll have 1 light flickering and 1 light on a solid color. I'll test the best par 60 too at the same time
Thank you for the video, but too much nonsense to het point across. This video is how to connect, not what manual means. I think if you want to cover that, just make another video. Just an opinion. Rockville are awesome. People talk smack. But o never had any issues with them.

Is that the only lights you have connected?
I suggest selecting the DMX channel then hitting enter on the light. Then see If it changes.

Good video. So what if I want ALL the lights to do the same thing? Assign each light the same DMX address? Because I tried that, and it doesn't work

@@rickylopez1176 I had mine for a year now. They still work. Sorry to hear your didn't.. that's why I don't recommend equipment.
Thank you for the video! How many hours connected to the DMX and using different effects do you get from the Wedges?
Wedges probably 10 hours. Best Par 60 I get around 6 hrs.
