My Q8 has the LED Matrix package. The LED Matrix headlamps are equivalent across all Audi models. Most Q8s DO NOT come equipped with LED Matrix lighting.

In the United States this is called the Year 1 package and LED Matrix. My car is equipped with both and it has S-Line badges as part of that Year 1 package.

Very cool. I'm getting the same car next week. Did you code the lights with OBDElevin? Do the 2019 US cars have wireless CarPlay standard or does that have to be coded too?

No, I ordered the vehicle with the LED Matrix lighting package even though the capabilities are not fully enabled. CarPlay has been standard with almost all Audi models since the 2017 model year.
