Jinjer- Who Is Gonna Be The One (live) is another great one I recommend. Their live performances are something else.

Now that you're into live versions... this band has an amazing live performance. I recommend you "Who is gonna be the one" live (official napalm) ... it's an awesome demonstration of how low she can go with her growls... it's aboslutely fantastic. Great reaction guys!!
Pit of Consciousness live in Kiev, MUCH better for her growls. It has her longest sustained low growl I have heard to date. And the band is flawless and way more dynamic in that one.
Yes, one of my favorite songs and live performances. And her low growls are insane!
They were the first band on stage that day from 11am until 11.45am.
It was a 45min. slot (8 Songs) at 11 a.m. and the second largest stage, after the two main stages. ;)
Has anyone pointed out how sick that guitar looks? That is some amazing craftsmanship.
I've been a musician for over 40 years and I saw Jinjer last week in an open air social distancing concert in germany.
I follow this band for a long time, and all I can say, 4 world class musicians, and Tati is one of them.

@@Jinjer13 What's similar between Jinjer and Nightwish is that they both have amazing singers. Other than that they are totally different genres and should not be compared. The Canadian band *UNLEASH THE ARCHERS* also has a great singer but not in the same league as Floor and Tatiana.

JINJER played the LOUDER-stage, wich is number three (following FASTER & HARDER, the main stages in WACKEN) out of nine! They played the earliest slot there - 1100-1145.
Actually 11:00 am Friday. 30min set.

Always blown away by the transtions with this band. Know what i mean? The set they did was 40 minutes long at 7 or 8 songs. Plus the w is pronounced like a v.

fantastic reaction...if you're looking for other Jinjer songs to react to I recommend either On the Top live in Kiev or Pit of Consciousness also live in Kiev. Their music videos are very good but this is truly a live band as you guys have seen.
Not only can Tatiana pull you in with her style of singing/growl. She is a great entertainer. The way she moves across the stage. She gets her entire body involved with the song. Your ears capture her singing and your eyes capture her stage presence. Another good live song from them is "Who is gonna be the one" she is a beast on the stage.

Some bands with male vocals that do both singing and screaming that you might like are The Faceless, Between The Buried and Me, & Fleshgod Apocalypse.
I was away from my metal for about 10 - 15 years off and on. Saw the Pisces reaction video by pure accident (like almost everyone else). Brought me back to the scene. There's been a shitload of changes in the genre but these guys stick out. 10 years together (sort of) and everyone is jumping into the Jinjer rabbit hole gladly because there is sooo much good material. They don't sound necessarily the same in their songs. Something very difficult to do especially with metal music. And while Tati is a powerhouse that mesmerizes with that voice of hers you suddenly catch yourself headbanging to a 7/8 rhythm and moving from one section to another in just one song (Up to 8 in the latest video release The Prophecy). I don't think they like the standard Verse Chorus Verse Chorus End structure of music. Thank God. These songs are superbly well written to both enhance her vocals (and her melodies) but also the boys composition skills. Very unique, very powerful, almost always a ride....and then Covid. WTF? Got to see them before I go. Peace.

Awesome! You guys have A LOT more of their songs to do. "Retrospection", "Pit of Consciousness" and "On the Top" (both live in Kiev), "Ape" (live one shot at Mystic Fedtival) to name a few. They get better and better. When you're done with all of their songs, you won't be able to pick your favorite because they'll all be your favorite for different reasons.

Fun reaction. Someone posted bootlegs of their full set, and it was about half an hour or maybe 45 minutes (total length of videos was closer to 45 but I don't remember if there was overlap or something. They were at 11am or thereabouts from what I've heard.
I'd suggest next doing Teacher Teacher live in Melbourne for their most recent video released a couple of weeks ago - it is one of their most popular songs but only just got a concert video (the official video is great though). Who Is Gonna Be The One is my favorite song by any band and is a great song too.
They already done teacher teacher , I don't think they would go back and redo it
Something you might like to check out is a Rock Band from Monterrey MX - The Warning (Now signed with Lava Records)
This impressive trio of sisters - Daniela 20 (guitar, piano and vocals), Paulina 18 (drums, piano and vocals), and Alejandra 15 (bass, piano and vocals), have elaborate musical affinities. +1 for The Warning. The band have just released a couple of performances from the start of this year, live at the Whisky a-go-go. Dust to Dust and Unmendable. Both performances have a lot of energy and show just how far the sisters have come since the early recordings from their basement.
Epic performance!! Truly special and talented band. If you want another blasting live performance, try "Who´s Gonna Be The One" live. Or for a beautiful deep meaning song about their roots, "Retrospection" official video is a thing of beauty!

You guys really need to check out The Agonist and their vocalist Vicky Psarakis. Maybe start with her cover of either Edge of the Blade from Epica or Slaying the Dreamer of Nightwish. She is severely underrated being over shadowed by Jinjer and Arch Enemy
About the "male singer" you were talking about, just go with Opeth - Ghost of Perdition. Mikael Akerfeldt (the lead singer, guitarist and composer) is one of the biggest influences for Tatiana Shmaylyuk. You'll understand why quickly ;) And Opeth is a hell of a band too, really subtile.

I am from Argentina and I love Jinjer, but I would like to know where they are from because I understand Tatiana's gutturals more than her English, I think that instead of having Ireland as a destination I should take the USA into account

You guys should check out veil of maya. I love their song Mikasa, but their front man does growls screams and clean singing. I'd love to see what you guys think of them.

Anything is good, but as a suggestion here is their Dull Knives (Cut Better) th-cam.com/video/-VUCzqDyOdI/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=TheWarning that they did as part of an online concert that also featured Ringo, Slash, Lzzy Hale (who tweeted that she wants to go on tour with them), Haley Reinhart, and others.
You guys should really check out Chon. I would suggest Pitch Dark or Rosewood but anything of theirs is pretty great. I would also suggest you check out a guitarist called Mike Dawes since you guys loved Jon Gomm so much. The song "The Impossible" is a good start. One more suggestion would be Snarky Puppy if you want to see a whole hell of a lot of talented musicians jamming it out. Id go with the songs Shofukan or Lingus.
Next do with LOVEBITES - Holy War (live). Amazing power metal with great vocal and guitar solos

Jinger is a great band but just like Nightwish and Band-Maid but they don't take the first place in my *Top-list* at the moment.
My favorite band is *The Warning* ( _three sisters from Mexico_ ) and that's because I've seen them develop since they were below 10 years old until today when they are 15, 18, and 20 years old and newly signed a 5 album deal with *Lava/Republic records* ( _owned by Universal studios_ ).
