BART on a Wet Day

- Wow, finally got this video out! I got really sick, and wasn't able to work one this video very much. During the break, I went on a BART trip, and for the first time in a while, it was raining! The four stations I went to were MacArthur, El Cerrito Plaza, Richmond, and Orinda, all on the east bay. The shutter noises you'll hear every now and then are from my friend's DCLR camera.
IMPORTANT:
So, this is another BART video, and I know that my NYC audience probably wants to see another NYC subway video, but I don't know what to upload! So here's the deal: I'm going to be taking requests. If you want to see a certain line/train/reroute/whatever, then ask in the comments or private message, and I'll see if I have matching footage. Keep in mind that I left NYC in early August, so I only have footage from NYC up until the end of July. Also don't expect me to take requests all the time, and because of how much time it takes to make videos, I'll be very selective.

A rare rainy day on which the BART trains got a much-needed bath.

The rumor mill said that a Legacy train set of at least three cars will be restored/fumigated, and preserved; the California State Railroad Museum is one of the possible future homes for it, even though BART is 5'6" gauge (mostly unheard of outside India).

I believe it is currently only on the orange line so wait around at Richmond early morning. Wherever it is, it’s pure luck

Yeah, I know, there's been talk of them for a while, and I saw the test trains. I'm glad I'm out of here before they take over.

They were running yesterday and the day before with passengers.
(+tubblescousine2) Yeah, they're bad, and don't look the same at all. They have doors on the outside, don't follow the BART color scheme by having sickly neon green on the inside, the horn sounds weird, and a bunch of other things that I don't feel like typing.

Ethan Campbell "Fleet of the Future". Very advanced trains compared to the NYCT's R211s but the propulsion isn't as amusing as these old ones.

Why were they running 4 car trains on the orange line? Besides 6 cars they are known for running 3 cars
Well, as I haven't been living here for very long, I don't know. I also didn't know that 4 cars on the orange line is abnormal. I'm pretty sure I've seen 4 car orange line trains before, but they could have been red. And 3 cars? I've never seen such a thing, but that is REALLY short!
yea, they usually ran 3 Cars on weekends but i guess the've stopped running them and ran the line with longer trains because when I rode a 3 car train it was packed.
Miles Campbell I don't think they run three cars anymore well I don't know but I also need to run 8 cars
